Ideally located, quiet, facing the Mauresque park, in the center of Arcachon, shops, market, beach, cycle paths and train station on foot, on the 4th and last floor of a residence with elevator, SPACIOUS T3 of 73m2, very bright, fully equipped, with large sunny terrace, facing south and secure individual parking.
Comprising: an entrance, a living room on a south-facing terrace with dining area, an independent equipped kitchen, bedroom 1 (160cm bed + 70cm bed), bedroom 2 (140cm bed), a bathroom (washing machine), separate WC.

During the summer period, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the collective bicycle room.

Linen not provided, possibility of renting via the agency: 1 pack 140/160 sheets + towels = 42€/week - 1 pack 90 sheets + towels = 32€/week.

Optional cleaning fee = €70.

During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €15/day.

Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Countless tourist destinations on site (Arcachon basin, ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla, Landes forest, lakes...). We also recommend visiting the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.
