BEACHFRONT - Steps away from the water

This first floor beachfront condo is located in the coveted Los Corales on Bavaro Beach, Punta Cana. It is a European-inspired community,, recognized by UNESCO as one of the best beaches in the world. This condo is on the beach. In fact, although you don’t need a car, if you did have one, you would actually park on the sand!

Feel like you LIVE IN PARADISE with your “regular” beach spot with the dedicated lounge chairs and umbrellas that are exclusively for those staying in the condo building.

The apartment is 30 minutes from the airport. Pickup and drop-off can be coordinated upon request including a stop at a very large grocery store to conveniently stock up on supplies.

SLEEPS 4! A large master bedroom with King bed. Two day-beds in the living area with wrap-around floor to ceiling curtains for privacy. The day beds are the length of twin beds and are each comfortable for an adult. Close the curtains at night time and still have an open common area with kitchen and comfy seating. Open the curtains during the day for a big open living space.

The KITCHEN is perfect for self-catering all meals or for coffee and breakfast in the morning if you want to enjoy the many restaurants within walking distance. It is fully equipped with everything you need for whatever cooking you decide to do: Granite countertops, full size refrigerator, microwave, convection/toaster oven, 2-burner gas stove, coffee pot, toaster, blender, a large assortment of pots & pans, utensils, and serveware. There is a 5-gallon water cooler and a backup 5 gallon jug of potable water.

The BATHROOM has a large walk-in shower with built in seat and is big enough for two. There are double sinks, and shelf space for everyone to put their toiletries.

There is a FULL WALL OF WINDOWS so you can sit at the table with your morning coffee and check out the ocean from the comfort of inside. Or, slide open one of the very large windows and still be inside enjoying your coffee but feeling the fresh ocean air.

EQUIPPED WITH: Combination Lock Safe; Hair Dryer; Air conditioners (2); Smart TV (2), 1 in the bedroom and 1 by the day beds that can be watched from anywhere in the open living space as well as from the day beds if you close the privacy curtains; Ceiling fans (3) above the bed, day bed, and seating area.

ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED. The Property Manager will show you the the meter when you arrive and let you know the rate. At checkout, the usage will be calculated and is to be paid at that time.

Los Corales is considered one of the most desirable communities in Punta Cana. It has a laid back and homey feel perfect for family fun, romantic getaways, and simply relaxing and enjoying a slice of heaven. It is a private gated community with 24-hour security and is hidden away from the main road.
