Pleasant family home in Pino

Located in the village, quiet, with parking (2 places), garden, terrace (100m2) with panoramic views of the village the sea and the mountains

On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
More than 150 m2, traditional comfort house (no wifi or TV) but nice.

Equipment: gas cooker, washing machine, barbecue, table of garden, deckchairs.

at 10 minutes: the Pino Navy: hamlet, pebble beach, refreshment bar

Sehr schöne Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Bucht.

Das Haus ist prima um zu entspannen. Mitten in der Natur. Die Strecke bis Bastia ist ein ganzes Stück und sehr kurfig, da überlegt man sich schon ob man wo hinfährt oder doch zu Hause bleibt. I'm Haus selber ist aber auch alles verhandeln. Und die Straße rauf gibt es Samstags lokale Pizza. Sehr lecker.

Bellissima location ma poca cura

La casa non è curata, manca di manutenzione. Una criticità importante è stata per l'attrezzatura della cucina che non era del numero adeguato e le pentole consumate e non utilizzabili. Una sdraio della terrazza era talmente vecchia che alla prima seduta di un bambino si è rotta. Ci si poteva fare male. L'accoglienza è stata molto disponibile e perfetta ma le attrezzature della cucina andrebbero tutte rinnovate.

Großartige Aussicht

Das Haus ist wunderschön, könnte aber gut einige Renovierungsarbeiten gebrauchen. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die großzügigen Räume, die traumhafte Terrasse sowie vor allem den großartigen Blick aufs Meer genossen. Zum wunderbaren Ortsstrand kommt man gut mit dem Fahrrad, wenn man nicht davor zurückschreckt bei der Rückfahrt einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons été séduits par la maison tout d'abord avec sa terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur la mer ! Un régal pour les yeux ! La maison est spacieuse, atypique ! Ein Traum

Wir lieben dieses Haus! Es hat eine tolle, klare Architektur, ist sehr großzügig (viel Platz), eine große Küche und vor allem eine traumhafte Terrasse mit dem besten Blick auf das Meer und die zerklüftete Küste des Cap Corse. Insgesamt braucht das Haus einige liebevolle Zuwendung, die Badezimmer sind sehr einfach, in der einen Dusche kann man nicht stehen (Badewanne ohne Vorhang), in der anderen kann man den Duschkopf nicht befestigen und muss ihn während des Duschens in der Hand halten. In der Küche fehlt eine Spülmaschine. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind wacklig und sollten durch stabile Holzmöbel ersetzt werden, das Geschirr könnte schöner sein und WLAN wäre gut... Letztendlich Kleinigkeiten die den Aufenthalt noch etwas besser machen würden. Auch ohne sie haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Laurence und Eric haben uns toll betreut - danke dafür! Wir haben viele Ausflüge rund ums Cap gemacht. Zum Baden sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da der Dorfstrand für kleinere Kinder nicht gut geeignet und der Weg dorthin recht steil ist. Im kleinen Spar (5 Min zu Fuß) bekommt man das Nötigste, in der Bar kann man ganz gut essen. Der Spar in Luri ist gut für größere Einkäufe (frischer Fisch, frisches Fleisch usw.) Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub, vermissen das Haus und den Blick und hoffen, dass wir eines Tages wiederkommen dürfen.
