About this property

14th century castle

Medieval castle of the XIVth century on a human scale, filled with charm, in an idyllic country setting. This place steeped in history is ideal for holidays with friends and / or family.

In the heart of Bazadais, between forests, cows and palombieres, come and enjoy the peace and serenity that our home offers.
You will have access to the entire restored part of the castle, equipped with all modern comforts.

The main floor has two double bedrooms, one with a bathroom, in the west tower.

On the ground floor of the main body there is a large living room / kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom.

In the west wing, two suites, each consisting of two adjoining bedrooms, all of which can accommodate 9 people!

Two hybrid bikes are available.

Wine region, great wines: Saint Emilion, Graves, Médoc, Sauternes, Bordeaux.

Tourist region: many historic castles to visit nearby. Bazas, medieval town with its cathedral, small churches, country houses, private wine chateaux.

Bordeaux 40 mins. Unesco heritage.
Arcachon bay at 1am.
Ocean: 50-60 km (Dune du Pilat, Cap Ferret.)
Canoe-Cayak: 15km.
Horse riding: 500m
Aerodrome 5 mins.
