The apartment is close to activities suitable for families hiking, mountain biking, downhill skiing and walking on foot or snowshoes, paragliding, 15 minutes from golf Evian les Bains and Evian thermal baths and the beaches of Lake Geneva or the swimming pool.


I rent a beautiful luxury apartment T3 Savoyard style, located in a cottage, with 3 balconies of 12m2 overlooking Lake Geneva and the nearby mountain.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower and toilet). It is very pleasant and comfortable.

You can also use a private storage room to put your ski's, suitcases, etc .

It is equipped with all the comforts; TV, Nespresso, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, raclette ....

WIFI available free of charge. Free outdoor parking in front of the building.
Possibility to rent household linen (sheets, towels...) for the duration of the stay, at the price of 10€ per person.

Appartement est parfait. Très bien équipé, fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très agréable et calme. Literie très confortable. Vue sur le Lac Leman (beau couché de soleil). Proche d'Evian et de la Suisse (Montreux et château de Chillon à voir absolument, ainsi que la mine de sel de Bex). Dommage environ 12km en virages pour descendre sur Evian. (3km à vol d'oiseau.) Source Çachat en travaux et usine Evian fermée aux visites 😠 sinon de jolies visites.

Lovely place with a lovely view

We enjoyed our two week break in this apartment. It was just the right size for two of us and was well equipped with all we needed. Although it hasn’t got an oven, we still managed to roast a joint of beef in the microwave with has a range of programmes. Christiaan was very helpful in answering any questions we had with a quick response. The apartment is well situated in the village with easy access to the tourist office, supermarket and boulangerie ( a short walk). From Thollon, you can go drive 20 minutes to the funicular railway which is free to travel down to Evian. You can take many different boat trips across the lake from Evian, St Gingolph or Le Bouveret or travel by motorway into Switzerland. The best bit of the apartment for us was the balconies on all sides, with the amazing view of the lake from the front one. We enjoyed many dinners watching the sunset over the lake. Would definitely recommend.

klein, aber gemütlich

Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich (der Blick vom Balkon über den Genfer See ist großartig), aber mit mehr als zwei Leuten könnte es etwas eng werden. Es fehlt vor allem ein Kleiderschrank (wir haben dann das kleine Zimmer mit den Stockbetten dafür genutzt). Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, für größere Menüs ist sie aber recht knapp bemessen. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Stichstraße ein Stück entfernt von der Hauptstraße, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Insgesamt gibt es 10+ Apartments, man bekomm aber nur wenig mit von anderen Feriengästen. Wir haben das Apartment als Ausgangspunkt für Touren rund um den Genfer See genutzt. Von hier aus sind alle Seghenswürdigkeiten in 1 Stunde erreichbar (natürlich nur, wenn der Verkehr mitspielt). Ein sehr guter Bäcker und ein kleiner, etwas wimmeliger Supermarkt stehen in Thollon zur Verfügung, und Evian ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, hier gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Location conforme à la description sur le site. Logement très propre et fonctionnel. La résidence est au calme et on bénéficie d'une magnifique vue sur le lac avec de beaux couchers de soleil. Matelas de bonne qualité , de la belle vaisselle et même un appareil à raclette. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances d'avril dans cette région magnifique. Nous sommes rapidement à Evian et au lac Léman où nous avons pu nous baigner ....... jusqu' aux genoux bien sür à cette saison mais notre fille de 8 ans à adorer!!!! L'appartement est parfait! Très propre, bien équipé, avec une vue superbe sur le lac (nous avons profité de merveilleux couchers de soleil). La résidence est très calme et idéalement située: les randonnées sont "aux pieds de l'appartement", l'office de tourisme et les restaurants au bout de la rue, et Evian et le lac à 15mn en voiture. Que demander de plus!

Appartement joli, très propre et très "cosy" on s'y sent bien. Situé dans une petite station très près d'Evian...On vient d'y séjourner aux vacances de Pâques et c'était très calme donc reposant. On peut faire des activités plus "au vert", la vallée d'abondance est juste à côté et découvrir Evian et Thonon les bains. Idéal pour un couple et deux enfants. Belle vue sur le lac Léman ! Propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande !
