We really like the community and the house. There are couple of issues that need to be addressed. A bearing is going out in the fan of the AC unit in the master bedroom and the ceiling fan in the bedroom off of the kitchen needs to be tightened up it makes a wobbling noise on all settings. Otherwise we would stay here again we spent most of time on the front porch it was really nice.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the home, the community, and especially those relaxing moments on the front porch. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance concerns to our attention. Parts have been ordered for the AC unit, and we'll be sure to address the ceiling fan as well. We're happy to hear you'd consider staying with us again, and we'd love to welcome you back for another visit!

We absolutely loved this house! So adorable and comfortable for our family of 4. The front porch swing is my favorite place for an afternoon wine or a morning coffee. So conveniently located to everything we need. Will definitely stay again!

RemInds me of my Grandmothers home in Cedar Key with the bead board and of days sitting in the Baptist Church on the pews my Grandfather built.
