Bruce was a wonderful host with a lot of information and help before we even arrived. The house was clean and well taken care of and in a great location! Definitely would be looking to book again if in the area.

This was my second time to stay at this home and it was a wonderful experience. We were there for over a week and Bruce checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and let us know about different activities in town. He even helped me ship some things back so I was able to get home to my kids a day early. 5 stars all around!

Exactly as described

Three of us stayed at the property for 2 nights during the holidays. It was perfect for our needs. Bruce is a delight to work with and superb at communication. The house was very spacious, had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. The back yard was large and fenced and perfect for our two dogs. Distance to town was great and walkable (but we walk a lot). This trip we didn't walk to town because it was dark and cold, but we would have otherwise and we are in our sixties. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you.

Rooster house in Pawhuska.

We had a great time in Pawhuska for the 4th of July at the rooster house! Bruce gave us lots of information about the area and always checked in to see if we needed anything. The house was clean, cool, well decorated and so comfortable. Having a sink in every room was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip

Lovely home with plenty of room for 5 women on a Girls Trip. Close to downtown Pawhuska & shopping. Loved the Pioneer Woman decor! Very nice in every respect. Appreciated tips from property manager regarding things to do in the area.

Fun family girls trip

We had a great time staying here while visiting Pawhuska! Bruce is an excellent communicator, the house was well stocked with basics and some extras. Each bedroom had a sink, which was a nice surprise. The master has a great walk-in shower, which was perfect for my mother-in-law. The tub in the shared bathroom was nice and deep, perfect for bubble baths for the kiddos. Both yards were well maintained and great for playing yard games. Close enough to be a nice walk to Main Street. Would definitely recommend this house and Bruce!!

Great house

Easy walking distance to downtown Pawhuska. The house was very clean and exceptionally well furnished. Bruce was very communicative and provided coffee and water bottles. One of our favorite things was that each bedroom has its own sink. That was an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Pawhuska Palace

This house was so great! Eight of us fit comfortably. The owner was super kind and very communicative. The house is literally in the middle of everything. If we ever get back to Pawhuska, we will most definitely stay here again! Two thumbs up!

Great stay at the Pawhuska "Rooster Home"

My wife and I came to Pawhuska to pay hommage to Ree Drummond and her food empire. We had our Westie dog and we needed a place close to the Mercantile. We found this property hosted and owned by Bruce a short 8 blocks away. The home was immculate, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And Bruce could not have been more hospitable and full of information and tips for a great stay. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent Stay

Mother’s Weekend

My sister and I and my best friend, took our mothers to Pawhuska for a Mother’s Day gift. What a fabulous place to stay. The host was VERY responsive and provided all the information we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing weekend. The home was very clean and comfortable. Great space for lounging and cooking together. We truly had a wonderful time and a lot was due to this great property and terrific host.

Rodeo Weekend

Great neighborhood. Bruce gave us tips on where to eat and best times to go. The house is amazing! Comfortable beds. The furnishings are up to date and very true to the area. Great backyard. Bruce is an amazing host and kept In touch. Great for a large group.

Good Location

The house was nice and host helpful. We thought luggage racks would be nice instead of on the floor or up and down on the bed. We enjoyed the water and hot tea our host left. We had a great time visiting the Mercantile, PW’s ranch, Ben Johnson Museum, city parks and Osage Hills SP. It was very relaxing low key vacation.
