between the towns of Guingamp (12km) and St-Brieuc (20km), single-storey gîte of 50 m2 completely renovated adjoining the owners' house,
all shops nearby, the town of Châtelaudren small town of character (1km), as well as the RN12 which serves the entire Goëlo Coast, the beaches of Binic,
St Quay-Portrieux, Etables sur Mer, Plouha and its cliffs, the charming port of Paimpol, and the pier for the island of Bréhat, Cap d'Erquy, Fort la Latte, .......

The cottage is composed of a living room with fitted kitchen, large bathroom with walk-in shower, large bedroom with closet and 160 bed
Wifi and television, garden furniture and barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided.
