Located in the city center of Arles-sur-Tech, 3 km from the thermal cures of Amèlie-les-Bains (served by buses very close to the apartment for € 8 per week)
The apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 small room that can be used as an occasional bedroom (sleeps 2), laundry room, bathroom.
20m2 terrace flooded with sun not overlooked above the roofs with an exceptional view of the mountain.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small town building typical of the Vallespir villages.

charming apartment

Had a great time, fabulous weather for late October! Lots of hot water and a comfy bed. Spacious with a rooftop terrace, Very rustic .Phillipe and his wife are very welcoming.The only downside for us was the 2 sets of church bells that chime on the hour all night.Very cheap bus fares only 1 euro per journey and good walks to the next villages.

belle vue de la terrasse

c'est ce qui nous a plu a la réservation. un peu fouillis, le 3 étage dans un immeuble genre abandonné ça surprend un peu. dans l'appartement les salamandres et les cactus donnent un style mexicain c'est plutôt sympa. lit préparé, linge à dispos très bien , un peu juste coté entretien... Beau village et bon contact avec le logeur

Un bon séjour

Appartement propre et agréable si ce n'est le bruit de la rue un peu dérangeant à qui n'a pas l'habitude. Situé au troisième étage permet depuis la terrasse d'avoir une vue superbe sur la montagne environnante. Le propriétaire est de bon conseils sur les ballades du coin, et met à disposition toute une documentation intéressante sur les intérêts de la région.

Bien situé pour les vacanciers dynamiques

En plein centre du bourg, un plus car il y a tous les commerces à proximité,par contre, l'endroit est bruyant dès 6h du matin ( circulation, service de propreté).... cela ne nous a pas déranger car nous sommes des "lève_tot"... également bien situé pour visiter la région et pour les randonnées.... A conseiller pour des vacances dynamiques
