Good and quiet villa in cul de sac, with large terraces and private swimming pool of 5m on 10m, on a level.
The villa is equipped with 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, each with its own bathroom (2) and each with its own toilet (2). 1 of the bedrooms is ensuite. At the villa there is also a studio for three persons with air-conditioning, also equipped with shower room with toilet, free internet and fridge.
Large living room with fireplace and fully equipped semi-open kitchen and utility room.
2 refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, Senseo and coffee maker, gas cooking, etc.

Summer break

We booked this villa for three couples and this villa was perfect for this, there was plenty of room for six people. The pool was great, the view was nice and overall made for a great relaxing holiday.

Everything worked as it should. The apartment was really good for us, we liked the pool section a lot. The apartment was cleaned very well. The kitchen is well equipped, perhaps one of the best we have encountered over the years. I can also recommend the apartment to others. Special thanks to Joanna, professionally managed!

Fantastic location

The house was much bigger than we originally thought with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and places to hang out. We enjoyed taking a dip in the swimming pool every morning before going on excursions. From the house there is also a nice shore jog toward Moraira. On our way back we usually stopped by one of the stores that are walking distance from the house to get fresh croisants. The house is conveniently located as you could walk 5 minutes to the nearby beach. The Benissa and Moraira beaches are still natural gems unlike the overcrowded touristy beaches. The property is large and it always felt nice to come back to and relax around the beautiful pool or have dinner under the stars.

Great villa a nice location

The villa is beautifully located in a calm environment. With a car its just a short drive to nearby beaches in Moraira and Calpe as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The pool is great and the outdoor table is nice. When we arrived we noticed that the sun umbrellas needed a replacement which was made on the next day. The AC in the main bedroom did not work properly one day and after a note it was replaced the next day - thus, very responsive local agency. Would definitely come back - to further upscale the villa sunbeds could be replaced with more comfy mattresses, lounge/sofa on the terrace could be renewed and sun chairs/umbrellas to go to local beaches be provided.

Magnifique maison idéalement située. Une piscine exceptionnelle , la plage à 5mn , le calme , que demander de plus? Il ne manque rien à cette maison qui est un petit paradis. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la responsable sur place. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Très belle propriété, fidèle à la description. Quartier très calme malgré les vis à vis. La valla se situe près du centre de Moraira et des commerces. Nous étions 7 il y avait de la place pour tout le monde.

Belles vacances familiales

La maison est on ne peut plus fidèle à l‘annonce . Très bien équipée et propre, nous avons été accueilli par Johanna très souriante et agréable, très réactive à la moindre question. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage , 15 mn à pied, idéal pour les dîners sur la plage. La piscine et la terrasse arborées avec beaucoup de goût nous ont fait passer des vacances que l’on ne s’autorisait même plus à rêver cette année si particulière. Un grand merci à Walter pour sa compréhension et sa gentillesse qui nous a rassuré jusqu’à la veille du départ. Nous espérons y retourner l’année prochaine l’esprit plus léger.

Family stay

The property was as described. About 15min walk to the beach along a road with no foot paths so care with small kids. Beach stony but clear water , blue flag. Good beaches in Moraria 4km away. Well equipped kitchen. Good pool and out door space. Some info in English about the local area would have been useful.

Excellent villa at beautifule quiet location

Fantastisch verlof achter de rug

In deze villa was werkelijk alles voorradig om van een verlof een prachtige en aangename vakantie te maken. Wij hebben geluk gehad deze villa uit te kiezen om onze 6 weken verlof in alle rust door te brengen. Zeer geschikt om zowel 4 als 6 tot 7 personen onderdak te bezorgen. Zeer goede ligging op slechts 1 km. van de grote baan Calpe - Moraira en dicht bij supermarkten en restaurants. Een villa om zeker terug te gaan. Door ons zeker aan te raden.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Benissa dans la maison de Walter. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme mais en même temps très proche de la mer et de tous les commerces. La maison est très jolie, décorée avec bon goût et très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. La Piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et il fait bon nager au soleil ou lire sur les transats à l'ombre des terrasses. Et la région est très belle avec des tas d'endroits pleins de charme à découvir. Et Walter est un propiriétaire charmant et de très bon conseil et tout est réllement conforme à l'annonce. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Genieten!

Voor het tweede jaar op rij kunnen genieten van deze prachtige villa voorzien van alle comfort. Je kan hier echt de hele dag buiten leven aan het zwembad, in de ligzetels, onder de parasol in de lounge of gezellig beschut tegen de zon aan de tafel of in de zithoek. De pingpongtafel zorgt voor de sportieve afwisseling. De streek is fantastisch en er zijn zo veel prachtige plaatsjes om te ontdekken in de buurt. Van massatoerisme merk je hier niets. Winkels en restaurantjes op vijf minuutjes rijden, de vismijn van Benissa en Calpé op tien minuten. De studio is een extra pluspunt. Aanrader!

Toplocatie aan de prachtige Costa Blanca

We hebben enorm genoten van de Spaanse zon, zee en stranden met deze villa als thuisbasis. Ideaal gelegen tussen Alicante en Valencia, op korte afstand van enkele mooie stranden, sfeervolle strandbarretjes, leuke stadjes en lekkere restaurantjes. Enkele mooie uitstappen de moeite waard in de buurt, zoals de watervallen van l'argar en het pittoreske dorpje Guadelest. De villa is zeer ruim en proper, en alles is aanwezig (bbq, zwembad, lounge) om met het hele gezin heerlijk na te genieten van de dag bij de bbq aan het zwembad.

Verblijf in een prachtige villa

Deze villa is zeker een aanrader! Zowel voor met 2 als voor een heel gezin. De ligging is centraal. Je bent overal heel snel. De villa is perfect in orde. Ik wil er zeker zeker en vast nog eens verblijven! Ook de eigenaars zijn zeer toffe mensen. Zwembad is ook zeker in orde en alle andere faciliteiten evengoed. De moeite waard!
