Beautiful Villa in Moravit, Moraira, "Casa Lujo".
A beautiful 4 bed ground floor villa in Moraira with some sea views. Heated pool available in Winter, (extra cost, please ask to add to booking)
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites accommodating 8 guests in total.
It is within walking distance to many of the local, beaches, bars and restaurants of Moraira. This is a fabulous holiday villa for friends and family.
This ground floor villa has been fully refurbished throughout. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), an open lounge/diner and kitchen. Freesat TV, Free Fiber Optic WIFI and air conditioning.
The villas upper level is totally independent and remains closed off and empty for the duration of your stay. This allows complete privacy.
Outside by the private swimming pool there is a summer kitchen, with a 4 stool sit up bar. It houses a fridge, dishwasher and sink. This can be used to enjoy your drinks by the pool and terrace. There is also a gas BBQ and a large wooden Pergola.
There is a small putting green within the private gardens of Casa Lujo. Putters & golf balls are not provided.
In total there are 2 outside covered areas to enjoy dining "Al Fresco" with plenty of seating and ample sunbeds to relax and unwind by the private oval shaped 12 m x 5 m swimming pool.
The villa is securely gated and very private with ample parking on the private drive. There is also a car port.
The 4 bedrooms consist of:-
One Super King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, includes separate shower & Bath.
One King size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (this bedroom has patio doors leading to the outside terrace).
One double bedroom.
One twin room.
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms, there is a family bathroom which consists of a walk in shower.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are also housed in the family bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated oven, ceramic hob, tall fridge/freezer and microwave.
There is an open plan lounge/diner.
The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and a chair.
The dining area has a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
There is Freesat TV and free Fibre Optic WIFI.
There is a sliding patio door in the dining area leading onto the outside terrace and swimming pool area.
Casa Lujo`s, beautiful walled gardens and terraces boasts many mediterranean plants, they wrap around the villa, providing lots of outside space and numerous seating areas for relaxation and tranquility. There are some sea views from the gardens and terrace.
The first under cover eating area, has a large dining table & chairs, which seats 8 people.
The second under cover eating area is a wooden pergola next to the outside summer kitchen.
The private 12 m x 5 m oval shaped swimming pool (heated at an extra cost in the winter) has ample sunbeds.
There is an outside shower.
The villa is private, with gated parking for ample cars on the private drive and a car port.
This villa is ideal for those with walking difficulties as there is only 1 step to the ground floor accommodation from the private driveway.
The villa is within walking distance to Moraira beaches, bars and restaurants.
The local 9 hole Golf de Ifach course is just a few minutes drive away from the villa.
Javea Golf Club, La Sella Golf complex (near Denia) and the Benidorm bars, restaurants, theme parks and Zoo`s are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Use of a car is useful as there are many interesting places to visit. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance.
All this makes Casa Lujo perfect for summer and winter rental.
