Villa Bella @ 'Vista Cay'

This 'Vista Cay' penthouse is located in the building right next to the clubhouse and pool. It has the best location and views in 'Vista Cay' hands down. It is a spectacular 2001 square foot, penthouse/lakefront unit (no need to worry about noise from above) overlooking the pool & Lake Cay. Come back after a long day either at the parks or convention center and relax on our beautifully decorated and comfortable lanai and watch the fireworks at Sea World in the summer. This 'Vista Cay' condo has been professionally decorated with a luxurious and elegant, yet comfortable, tropical flair.

Get comfortable on our sectional sofa while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the 55" Sharp LG Smart TV. DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king bed and upgraded mattress and a 42' wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has the same deluxe accommodations as the master with a 32' wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV & DVD player. The third bedroom has been furnished with two full beds (no small twins). If you are the last person arriving in your party of 3, no need to worry about getting stuck sleeping in a twin. This room also has a 32' wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV and DVD player. Dining for 8 in the kitchen.

This 'Vista Cay' unit also has a comfortable and spacious office area with a desk and futon to relax on and conclude the day's business. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also included. No need to bring along the hair dryer. We have supplied them for your convenience. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans. There is also a safe to store your valuables while you are out.

Our 'Vista Cay' condo is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and its' new water park Aquatica, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. If you are traveling with a large group, family or friends, please inquire about the other units that we have at 'Vista Cay.'

Wonderful aparmtent close to all attractions in Orlando

Our stay here was perfect - the apartment is spotless,close to all attractions, and has some incredible amenities including a beautiful heated pool (which also has a bar area and Jacuzzi). Walking distance to the supermarket as well as other necessities. Plenty of space for our two families. Highly recommend. The property manager and owner were also really responsive via email, communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our daughter's cheer Nationals at the Orange County Convention Center. It was the perfect location, pool was amazing (main pool is having refurbishments done but other pool was brand new and awesome), Publix within walking distance with amazing restaurants. Extremely clean and well stocked! Great view from balcony. The owner Bill was so helpful with all my questions and once we got on property the management was awesome---especially Teresa who was quick to answer my questions and was so helpful. I so appreciated that, she was above and beyond helpful,. If next year Nationals will be in same place I will book this again in a heartbeat! Several other families also styaed here and we all agreed it was fantastic! Thank you Bill!

Perfect location for visiting theme parks. Restaurants and Publix supermarket very close by. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable, plenty of room for all the family to spread out. Lovely view over the lake and all the family enjoyed watching the fireworks at Seaworld from the balcony. Would definitely book again.

Could have been better

I specifically chose our place because it had a view of the pool and lake and because the pool was so close, we get there to find the pool torn apart and under repair, to use another pool on the resort, we had to get summons a golf cart to take us there. I wish we’d have been informed of the pool being under construction. The condo itself was very spacious with a huge master bedroom and bath. Ate at a nearby place called the half barrel beer project, good food there.

This property is nice and it is close to the theme parks. I would say it is fairly well furnished with kitchen needs. The reason I can't give it a better rating is :the lack of towel, horrible mattresses, and noise. Let me explain. The mattresses are horrible. You can feel the springs in them and made sleeping terrible. When we arrived we only had a towel and 1 washcloth for each person. I did text the number and that was taken care of quickly. I did complain about the mattresses but really there was nothing that they could do about that. The other problem was noise. You are right on the pool and they blast music all day until 11pm every night. No naps during the day and no sleep until 11pm. Even when it rains the music is blaring. So if you can handle the music and terrible beds this place is for you. No I want recommend anyone to stay here. We will stay Vista Cay again but not in this unit and away from the pool.

Great Orlando Property

My husband and I enjoyed a great family vacation with our children and grandchildren! This condo was beautiful and very comfortable for all. Plenty of space and gorgeous views on the outdoor patio! The pool was wonderful and it was a short drive to all of the best Disney and Universal parks. Will definitely book again.

Great place! Great location!

We stayed here for a volleyball tourney at the convention center. This property is walkable to the convention center (15 minute walk) and super close to Publix and many restaurants. The unit is large and the balcony has a great view of the pool and lake. The proximity to the pool is very convenient. The property management team was helpful when we needed them. My daughter and I felt very safe here. We would definitley stay here again.

This is one of the few times that walking through the door, this condo was even nicer (and larger) than it appeared in the pictures. Upon arrival it was immaculate. We had basically 5 adults (our kids are at least 17) and it was plenty of space for all. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo!

Condo was clean, well supplied. Difficulty obtaining entrance but property owner was so very helpful. Walked me through the process and into the unit. Balcony is very nice, enough room to seat at least 6. Pool towels in the unit. Close to a Walgreens and a good supermarket. You can walk to both plus treats and pizza. Very nice, quiet stay.

Beautiful poolside condo, much earlier than usual no refund date.

The good news is the condo was really well laid out with large rooms and balcony. Overlooked pool and view of lake. Safe gated community close to Universal. 6 adults with 3 nice bedrooms. Beautiful setup and in the same complex we have stayed in before. Booked for long weekend. NOTE - Be careful with the earlier than usual ‘no refund date’! Earlier than any others in that area by a month. My mistake but just warning you. We were heading down for sons masters graduation and within a day or two of the ‘no refund date’ we found out he wasn’t able to walk in the ceremony but could still attend remotely. I contacted the ‘owner’ via the VRBO site to explain our situation and ask if there was anything we can work out if we cancel. Crickets. Ignored w no replies. Would have liked a reply from owner or VRBO but got nothing. Would have gladly worked with them to have an opportunity to re-rent and if not we’d taken the full or partial loss or headed down as we did. I was ready to click that cancel button on VRBO and lose our payment but decided to head down anyway. Didn’t feel like letting them get paid double with 2 months to possibly re-rent even though it was our dumb luck and a valid contract. We all went to Universal and enjoyed local restaurants. Nice area of course with Disney, Universal, Sea World etc. A grocery store is right next door to the complex that the condo was in (very convenient). Great complex and location.
