What makes this property unique

Hotels will not allow 10-12 people to stay nightly in one room. This is a 4 bedroom and spacious enough for a large family and even extended family, and prices in the ranges of a single hotel room.
The pool, Jacuzzi , fitness center, lake with walking path in a gated community centrally located to theme parks is a great value.
