A private, newly-refinished west-facing pool (sun from 10am till sunset) area has additional grassed area behind, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet with evening dinners under the covered lanai. TV in the rooms, smart TV in living room, games room, washing machine and dryer, complete kitchen with all you need. Wi-Fi, linen provided. The host has Premier Host status.

Perfectly located at Town Centre Reserve, an exclusive, gated community located in Davenport, Florida zoned for short term rental. This private and prestigious development is popular with residents and vacation second home owners with just 94 homes surrounded by lush green landscape, and natural conservation area, offering wonderful views.
Positioned and close to the theme parks, attractions, shops, restaurants and natural beauty of central Florida, Town Center Reserve is ideal for a vacation home. For golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public. Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses.

Disney holiday

We are back from a very enjoyable holiday in Reserve Drive. the villa was ideal for our needs and the friendly caretaker Jerome popped by to say hello. Our only grumble was the traffic jams that built up late afternoon and we couldn't find a route to avoid it. We would certainly consider this villa again for a future trip.

Good location for Disney

The location of this property is ideal for the parks and I-4 for getting into Orlando. There are all you need nearby, supermarkets, pizza, McDonald's within 2 minutes drive. The only gripe I had if it is one is that the bed frame in our room was noisy and needs replacing, you can't move in bed without waking your partner up, apart from that the property was everything we expected.

Thoroughly enjoyable again!

This visit is our fourth stay at this property. As in the past, it was spotless, fully functional, and again provided my family with a great Florida experience. The nearness to Disney was a great plus for my grandchildren. The villa is quiet and completely secure. The owner is always making upgrades to the property, and is always accessible for questions. It has been a joy to stay in this villa. We are looking forward to another visit in 2019.

Thanks for another great Florida vacation

Our stay at Eddie and Tania's villa was wonderful. This has been our third stay with them, and it was again a great experience. The villa is exactly as advertised, properly maintained and spotlessly clean. And its location is perfect for visiting the Disney complex and the many other central Florida attractions. We consider Tania now to be a friend, and she hasn't disappointed us ever. She is very pleasant and accommodating. I expect that we will be staying with her again in the future.

Another Wonderful experience

We have been fortunate enough to have been able to stay at this lovely villa many times. This last visit was perhaps the best yet. Tania, the owner, has made a number of great improvements to her property since our last visit. The new carpeting, master bedroom furniture, fresh paint, new pool cover and other upgrades have made our stay this year so very special. Its closeness to Disney World have made this a welcome vacation for my children and grandkids over the past few years. The property is exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. It is perfect for a family vacation. Lots to do in the immediate area. And Tania is a pleasure to work with. Very cooperative and responsive. You can't go wrong with this property.

Wonderful quiet retreat close to everything.

We were very pleased with our stay the first week of February. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. The home was clean as well as the linens . There is lots of space an open concept floor plan which we like for our family. Our boys had a lot of fun in the game room and the pool. The only negative for us was the beds were very firm. We are spoiled at home with softer pillow top mattresses. The communication with the owners was exceptional. Don't be deterred that they live out of the country because they have a property manager locally that deals with any issues you mayou have. Thank you so much!

We had an excellent extended stay at this Vrbo property—just over two months—and it truly felt like a home away from home.The house was in great condition throughout our stay, and everything was well maintained. The furnishings were comfortable and thoughtfully chosen, making it easy to settle in for a longer-term visit. The pool was also in very good repair and a highlight for us, especially as we were there for an extended period.One of the standout features was the fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook regularly, which made a big difference for a stay of this length. Beautiful villa in a great location

My partner and I stayed at the villa in September 2017. I would absolutely recommend this villa for your Florida vacation. It's spacious, clean and has a great pool area. The 3 bedrooms are a good size with plenty of space and the air conditioning worked perfectly (ideal in the Florida heat!). You could tell that the villa had been well looked after and well maintained. The villa's location just added to its charm. It is in a quiet gated area but not too far from Publix supermarket, some restaurants at Championsgate (I'd recommend Miller's Ale House!) and US 4 which means you can get to Disney in 15 minutes. Tania was a wonderful host and was on hand to answer any queries we had. She provided us with clear instructions, no details missed. It was lovely to come across someone who loves Florida just as much as I do (if not more so!). When I get to come back to Florida I will absolutely come back to this property.

We looked at many houses and areas before deciding which one, but this place caught our eyes, as this gated community is so cute and secure and the houses are all in different pastel colours. Above all, it is very near Orlando attractions, very tranquil and 5 minutes drive from supermarket, bank, hairdresser, restaurant, etc...

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It is a lovely, secure and tranquil gated community and a place to get away from it all after a busy day at the parks and attractions. The house is very comfortable and has everything someone needs for a relaxing break. If you get tired of the local attractions, you can easily escape to the nearest beach, one hour away.... or maybe go to Tampa Bay, Kennedy Space Center.. whatever you fancy.
