Sunny Lake Reserve south facing pool lake view 2 master bed rooms w/en-suite

This beautiful four double bedroom villa 2 is perfectly positioned on a gated community with views over the lake. It is 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. It is 4 minutes from a golf course and 3 minutes from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurants. It is also a short drive from Kissimmee and the 192 where there are many shops. The outlet malls are also very close. Amazing Restaurants. If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coast beaches can be reached in just over an hour. Maybe visit Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive. Tesla Super charging 1 mile from house.

It has 4 good size bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private south facing pool. There are two bedrooms with king size beds en suite shower rooms and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one twin room which is ideal for younger children being Disney themed with bedding and soft toys.

The pool area is covered with mosquito netting so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. There is also a covered seating area by the pool to give some shade. The pool has a safety screen which is detachable to keep the youngsters safe. The pool can be heated in cooler months (By request and charged separately)

The Reserve at Town Centre is a lovely small, quiet, gated community which offers safety and security. The development is beautifully maintained to the highest standards and set around a spectacular lakes.

The villa was as described and had everything you could need. I especially liked the keyless entry to the estate and villa! The host was very prompt in responding to any questions I had. The location was great and was near to many supermarkets etc. Thank you for letting us stay!

The villa ticked all the boxes Host contacted us prior and during stay to check all was good. Access was very easy compared to previous stay. Key coded site and key coded villa. No requirement to pick up keys from random locations before hand. So close to Disney 20 mins. 30 ish from universal. Quiet neighbourhood, 5 mins from Walmart and publix and numerous food outlets. This villa was absolutely equipped crazy amount of towels bedding etc. knifes forks and plates. Clean and tidy. Beds huge and comfortable. Here’s the thing I contacted about pool heating offered it at the actual cost and not inflated other villas were wanting 3 x more than Tom. In the end I didn’t need it. No stupid charges for WiFi etc like our last villa. Very good price Villa will book again 100%

By far my favorite stay.

The house was clean, felt like home. Definitely would recommend. Communication was easy and they were fast to answer. My kids spent hours in the pool.

Shame we couldnt use the pool for the first 10 days

Property needs a bit of TLC silly things like lights not working in the pool are also the pool maintenance was very poor asxwe couldnt ise it for the first 10 days . Couldnt swith the fan off in one of the bedrooms. We also didnt really appreciate the notes left around the house saying if this hapoens 300 doñlar call out if that happends 350 dollar call out ect. Could be a lot better .

Perfect for family holiday

We were all really pleased with the villa and pool. It's secure within a gated community, not far from shops including a Publix. The villa was clean and well stocked, with plenty of towels, in preparation for our stay. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were very roomy with plenty of space to relax in after long days out. We enjoyed watching the wildlife by the lake too. It was lovely to come home to after long days out and also for evenings in. The pool was heated too by request which was very reasonable. The roads were quiet with plenty of room to park up the drive. Can't wait to stay again!

Aside from one of the kids finding a pair of woman’s underwear in their bedding, trash from previous renter still in one of the king bedrooms, and ants EVERYWHERE on the pool deck…the stay was good.

Disney Family Vacation

The house was perfect, our kids absolutely loved it and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. A short distance from all things Disney. The restaurants near by were awesome. Will definitely recommend and stay again next time we visit.

over 1700 sqft featuring four good size bedrooms, New floors throughout the home installed October 2022 three bathrooms and a private south facing pool. There are two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one twin room which is ideal for younger children being Disney themed with bedding and soft toys. I have tried my best to have all the items needed to make your stay perfect. we even have rain parkers, beach toys and strollers at the house for your use
