Nice stay

In the summer it is a cool house, due to good insulation. Close to a good eatery and 1.2 km from a local supermarket. The distance is too far for the heavier groceries, without a car. The beach is clean and quiet, little tourism. The owner was easily accessible if necessary.

Soggiorno eccezionale

Sono stato insieme ad altri 8 miei amici e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene. A partire dalla comodità della casa fornita di molti posti letto e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Ottima anche la distanza da mare (1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia) e la distanza da locali e discoteche per la sera (Soverato è a 10/15 minuti in macchina). Infine una grande nota di merito per Samantha che si è occupata del nostro soggiorno a isca e che è sempre stata super disponibile.

Great location

Most important...the location is great. If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood just steps from an absolutely beautiful beach, this is the place for you. Very conveniently located near several towns with all necessities (supermarkets, restaurants, beaches), we really enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and comfortable enough, with enough room, but it should be better equipped to make it a 5 star location. We had 6 people and more can fit, but only 1 umbrella and 3 beach chairs (2 of which we discovered hidden behind the living room couch) are provided. The kitchen has cooking equipment and the bathrooms were fine (shower stalls are very small), but nothing more was provided to get us started...no coffee, no bottled water, no garbage bags, no paper towel, no shampoo, no soap. While not absolutely necessary, it's important to provide those things to make the initial stay more comfortable. The wifi worked, but was very spotty and did not work at all on the top or bottom levels (the home is 3 stories). Finally, midway through our stay, the front door lock seized up and couldn't be opened, necessitating a locksmith to come out. I don't mean to complain...the location was great, the place was comfortable, the beach was spectacular and the caretaker, Sam, and her husband were very responsive and accommodating, but the owner can do much more to make the stay more comfortable at check in. When they do that, it can be a five star location.

Ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno di completo relax a pochi passi dal mare. Immobile pulito e ben tenuto, completo di condizionatori in ogni locale, Wi-Fi ed ogni comfort necessario. Proprietario e referenti disponibili e precisi in ogni fase: dalla prenotazione alla chiusura del rapporto.

struttura moderna e vicino al mare

casa su 3 livelli molto bella, moderna e pulita. Vicinissima al mare e dotata di ogni confort (aria condizionata in ogni stanza) Solo le stanze nel semi-interrato sono un po' buie. Consiglio alla proprietaria di predisporre qualcosa (un gazebo) per poter "vivere" il giardino anche nei giorni più caldi. Valutazione comunque molto buona

Summer days

We had a great time. Kath was very helpful providing additional information before booking. The local team of Sam, Cosimo and Ornella were super friendly. The house was cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and the bbq. The kitchen is well equipped and they provide all linens including beach towels, and even the beach umbrellas. Thank you

Maison proche de la mer, avec une plage peu fréquentée. Maison propre et fonctionnelle.

La maison est très bien située, proche de la mer. Quelques restaurants à proximité. Maison suffisamment grande pour nous (nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants). Propre et climatisée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons été très bien reçu et conseillé par Samantha. Seul petit bémol, la douche étroite pour une femme enceinte de 7 mois :) Un grand merci à Kath pour sa disponibilité et pour cette maison où nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !!! The area is perfect for the most amazing holidays and my family and I return every year. As do our extended family and friends.

We fell in love with this area as soon as we saw it and the location of Kia Caterina and Kia Rosa could not be more idyllic. The views from the house are amazing and there is no better place to be on a warm summers evening than sitting outside on the patio with a glass of chilled wine.
