A fully equipped apartment with private entrance in an exclusive gated development. Free fishing, parking and WiFi. There are two floors in the apartment. You have a private entrance door and no shared internal spaces. The entrance level floor has a living, dining and kitchen area and a bathroom. The heating controls and the fuse box are also on this level. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The back bedroom has a double bed and Shannon River views and a door leads to a private balcony area. The front bedroom has 2 single beds and views over Flagship Harbour, built in the 1800s.
The patio area in front of the apartment is communal space. A patio table with 4 chairs is provided for you enjoyment. Looking downriver you can see the town of Lanesborough to the left of the bridge spanning the Shannon. Lanesborough is in County Longford in the Province of Leinster. To the right of the bridge is Ballyleague in County Roscommon in the Province of Connacht. You can stand on the bridge and be in two different counties and two provinces at once! Beyond the bridge is Lough Ree (Lake of the Kings) which is 29Km long, stretching from Lanesborough to Athlone.
The garden, the decking area and the jetty are all communal spaces, so feel free to enjoy them. You can fish from the floating jetty.
