House of full foot and directed full south, very calm, composed of a main house of 120m2 and a cabanon done up of 20m2 in the garden. In the house, 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen dining room. In the shed, 2 double beds.
The house has been completely redone in 2017 and redecorated in a style combining vintage furniture and design touches.

Non précisé dans l'annonce :- 2 chambres sans fenêtre - Pas de place de parking De plus :- Terrasse en très mauvais état, de nombreuses planches qui se soulèvent et sont moisies/usées. Très dangereuse pour un enfant en bas âge. - Ménage approximatif avec de nombreuses toiles d'araignées.- Oreillers très usés.- Fuite d'eau dans une des salles de bain qui a engendré des infiltrations d'eau dans plusieurs murs. Mais sinon bon emplacement, bon matelas et maison fonctionnelle bien equipée.

Belle maison bien aménagée, idéale pour se ressourcer et passer un bon moment entre amis. L'environnement est très calme, la maison propice au repos avec des chambres de qualité, literie parfaite et SDB privative. Les cuisine et salon sont très agréables et baignés de soleil.

Belle maison, belle décoration, bien équipée. Doit être très agréable en été. Semble un peu plus loin de la plage qu’indiqué sur l’annonce. Nous louons très régulièrement des maisons sur le bassin et nous trouvons le tarif trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.
