Located in the hills above Pyla, our beautiful, recently renovated 150-square-meter Tramontane villa is very spacious. It features 5 bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, a living/dining room opening onto the outdoor terrace, and a garden with lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a barbecue.

Please note that access to the villa is via a footpath that is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 people (including a sofa bed)

Perched on the heights of Pyla, our fully renovated Tramontane villa offers breathtaking views of the bay. Built in the style of a wooden chalet, our villa is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 300 meters from the beach.

Please note that access to the villa, which is located on a hill, is via a footpath that is not suitable for people in wheelchairs, with strollers, or those with limited mobility or the elderly.
