The house is an ideal base to explore the delightful Algarve. The larger town of Lagos is 10 min away by car. Walk through the old town, discover its historical past as well as sampling its wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. A little further away, you can travel to the “end of the world” (Sagres), the spring at Monchique or play a round of golf (3 courses within a few minutes drive). Water parks, Lagos zoo, grotto trips, surfing lessons and dolphin safaris will also keep the kids entertained. The stunning blue flag beach of Luz is a a must as are the numerous other beaches in the area.
