CARTIERA in the only complex with Pool in Amalfi town by Amalfivacation.it

Cartiera is a centrally located self-catering apartment in the only complex (The Amalfi Vacation Residence) with a pool in the heart of Amalfi town, a only 5-minute walk from the beach, ferry, bus and taxi.

It has 3 bedrooms with 1 king-size and 2 queen-size beds (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), an open space sitting and dining/kitchen area and a small outdoor space.

The apt includes a brand new air conditioning system (July 2023), heat, dishwasher, washing machine, internet, TV, and stereo.

Apartment Cartiera is located on the first floor of an elegant building in the historic center of Amalfi. THERE ARE ONLY 20 STEPS TO REACH IT

Also at guests' disposal
- A new pool with sun loungers and towels (open from April 1st to the beginning of November, weather permitting);

- The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- Large and beautifully furnished outdoor spaces;

The pool is located across the road from the apartment.

LOCATION
The apartment is well located just a 2-minute walk from Amalfi's shops, restaurants, and cafes while the main square, the beach, the bus station, the taxi stand and the ferries are just 5 minutes on foot.
You can easily visit Positano, Capri and all the other towns along the coast.

Parking is chargeable and starts at a rate of EUR 35 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and season.

Confirmation Policy :
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system.

The balance will be paid on arrival.

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €25 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, upon according to the availability

You could not get much better .... Great House , perfect location ,

After travelling all over Europe , I was so glad to spend the extra money and spend 3 nights in the most perfect of houses in this awesome Italian village .... The owners and company can not do enough for you . Totally professional .

Special holiday

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was incredible, only a few minutes walk to the centre of Amalfi and the beach.It was the perfect location for all that Amalfi has to offer. The pool was beautiful and there were plenty of pool lounges to use and it never felt crowded or noisy. I would definitely recommend.

Amalfi - Cartiera Villa

An excellent 3 double bedroom villa right in the heart of Amalfi, close to buses and ferries for access to this part of Italy. Great location and excellent amenities. The villa had all that we needed. We had a wonderful week, local people very friendly. Owners were very helpful and friendly right from our initial emails and contact.

Perfection!

This was our second time staying at Cartiera and I didn't think it was possible, but it got better. The apartment is complete in every way from kitchen supplies to linens. The location is sublime, just far enough away from the tourist area without having to climb a mountain. If you want a clean well supplied beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment, with outdoor space and pool access don't look any further!!!

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN A PERFECT LOCATION

Cartiera was the perfect location for us, besides being in one of the most beautiful places in Italy the apartment is stunning. This was our second time staying in Cartiera, we were also here in 2007. The pictures don't do it justice, it is well equipped with all you would need to make you comfortable away from home. The apartment is immaculate and the linens are high quality. We loved the location, it's just past the tourist area and not a lot of steps, which can be a problem on the Amalfi coast. I highly recommend this property, there is also great communication with property management. I can't wait to return!!

A great apartment in the centre of Amalfi

We stayed for three nights in Apartment Cartiera. It is a spacious and very well-equipped apartment and was spotlessly clean. The customer service was excellent including good advice on how to get to Amalfi from Naples. The apartment is in a great location less than 10 minutes from the sea front in Amalfi with a huge selection of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. We enjoyed staying in the centre of Amalfi as it is much quieter in the evenings than during the day when there are many daytrippers. Amalfi is a great location to reach other parts of the Amalfi coast. We took the bus to Ravello and then walked back down with fantastic views all the way. We took the ferry up to Positano and down to Salerno and had beautiful views of the coastline. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool sadly but it looked really inviting. We hope to return one day soon!

Wonderful Spring Break

We came to the Amalfi coast for our Spring vacation in April this year (searching for sunshine!) It was unseasonably cold and rainy this April, and that being said we still had an amazing vacation! A huge part of this was due to the apartment we rented with Amalifivacations.it. From our first email exchange to the check out all went smoothly. We weren't able to use the beautiful pool they have across the street due to the weather, but loved coming "home" every night to the Apartment Cartiera. There was sufficient heat via a remote control for all of the rooms, plenty of space with comfortable beds and furniture, and all the kitchen supplies needed including a stove top expresso maker and washing machine. Markets and restaurants readily available within an easy walk. The location was at the top of a hill and secluded enough to feel safe ,quiet, and restful but within minutes of anything you could need. All emails were answered in a timely manner and there were no problems the entire time we stayed. Lovely vacation and memories for a lifetime! We would use amalfivacations.it again and again and have already passed on their info to several friends! I see they also have rentals in Ibiza.........!!

Fun stay in Amalfi

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at the Amalfi property. It was very clean and as advertised.We requested two single beds in one of the bedrooms which was very helpful. In case anyone is traveling with teenagers/young adults, a comment to note that the beds are narrower than standard singles. We also noted a sewer smell coming from the primary bedroom ensuite the second night we were there.

Great place!

Fun with family

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location. A bit of a miscommunication when we arrived on where the driver should drop us off. Giuseppe met us and all was ok. The apartment was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Bottle of wine was left for us when we arrived and a very well stocked kitchen. Easy access to the ferry for traveling around. The pool was lovely but the weather was a bit chilly to use. We did a great walk from Ravello to Amalfi. Looking forward to coming back to explore more.

Great place

Excellent location very close to ferry and bus station, plenty of places near by to eat or to buy food. The apartment has all necessary items to make you feel at home. It has great layout very spacious. Family had a great time. The host Giuseppe was very welcoming explained well all utilities and very important he walked us from the ferry station to the apartment which made a difference when you are not familiar to the area. Amalfi Vacation Top Apartment

Beautifully decorated, large and very clean apartment where you could easily stay longer with 6 people! 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room area with a kitchen and a nice table to relax outside. Above the tourist hustle and bustle and still in the middle of Amalfi. Very detailed and helpful directions (with the car) and parking diagonally opposite. Very generous welcome pack including a bottle of wine. Warm welcome from Gerardo with great tips for dinner including the Michelin Starred Glicine Restaurant situated at their sister property Hotel Santa Caterina. High praise also to Samantha and Vincenzo from the office who were very helpful and professional. The pool is really nice, good size, very clean, and the area around the pool is beautiful too, the lemon trees and greenery were so relaxing. I'd like to come back to Amalfivacation Cartiera Apartment soon

Its a nice place with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of space for us all. The apartment was a little old and but very clean. I liked the location. Its a 2 min walk from the busy area which is great because it was quite, but you are not far away from all the shops and restaurants. Its also a short walk down a hill to the beach. Pool access was also great for the times we just wanted to relax with the kids. Great management! If there were any issues or questions they were easy to contact. If you want to stay in Amalfi and dont mind walking a bit this is the best place to stay. I would stay here again.

Great for large family

Nice location of this large unit that accommodated 6 of us. The host was always responsive within minutes to any questions or comments that I might have. The pool was perfect for the kids. There are a fair amount of stairs for those that may have any issues to bear in mind. Giuseppe met us at the marina and helped us bring our luggage to the unit. We were well take. Care of and were greeted with a bottle of wine and a basket full of snacks!

Best vacation ever!

I can't say enough about how much I loved staying in this villa and how perfect it was for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It was beautiful, spacious, and the location was perfect for us being in the heart of Amalfi. We truly felt like we lived like the locals for a full week, enjoying all the little cafes and shops around us. The pool was also a wonderful thing to have during a very hot July. Vincenzo was so accommodating and responsive to our every need. He gave us so many wonderful suggestions and arranged so many of our reservations and transfers for us. I would highly recommend staying here!

Spacious, comfortable and clean!

We really enjoyed staying at this very spacious apartment in the heart of the village. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the snack basket provided by the host was much appreciated after a long trip. We loved trying all the local restaurants and gelato shops. My only recommendation would be that the listing include information about driving a car into the LTZ, because there are times of the day that are blocked for driving. In all, it was a wonderful stay in a great area. Thank you!

Beautiful Amalfi Apartment

Our group loved the apartment which was very spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked including a variety of snacks and condiments for our use. The location was great and very easy to get to from the port. We all felt very safe going home each night. Giuseppe greeted us at the port and showed us to the apartment as well as going through all of useful info about our place. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting and is just a short walk across the path from our entrance.
