Ideal for families, couples, or long, sunny stays, the villa features a large sun terrace, tropical gardens, access to the pool, and an ideal location near the beaches, restaurants, and the charming old town of Estepona.
Enjoy peaceful breakfasts in the sun, evenings by the marina, and the comfort of a quiet home while being close to everything.
Charming 180 m² Andalusian villa (sleeps 5) with a 600 m² flower-filled garden. Ocean view from the first floor. Beach 8 minutes’ walk away. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops and the town center. Fully enclosed garden with a very large swimming pool featuring stair access for convenience (children are your responsibility). The house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for 5 people. Master bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80 m), a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.50 m) featuring a large terrace with a south-facing ocean view and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. A single bedroom with a bed (1.35 m), also facing south with a view of the marina, and a desk. Great place for a holiday

We know Costa del Sol quite well. We have been renting many different houses over the years but this place is our favourite so far. We loved our stay here. The property manager was really helpful and the house is in a great location. It is situated in a quiet street but very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is big enough and the outside area is a sun trap. We spent all our time sitting outside and around the swimming pool. Truly enjoyed the two weeks of our stay. We will be back.

Probably one of the best welcomes we have ever received, explained everything really well and went through how everything worked. A beautiful spot, quiet and peaceful. Pool and garden were delightful. A lovely stay - thank you
