Apartment located on the slopes in the heart of the 3 valleys ski area. You can leave and return to the residence on skis. You can find shops, restaurants, and ski equipment rentals. Access to Wi-Fi. 7-person duplex on the slopes. Consists of one entrance with a big closet. 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90cm beds that can be put together, and the second with 3 simple beds. A bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs, 1 mezzanine with 1 sofa bed and a single bed, independent toilet, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher microwave oven, coffee maker with filter, and kettle...)dining room

Perfect family apartment

Great, well equipped apartment in beautiful location. Stunning view. Had everything we needed. For busy weeks, planning ahead with booking parking would be sensible. Plenty of storage space.

Beautifully appointed apartment

A fabulous apartment which is almost ski in and ski out. Very comfortable and plenty of space and storage and spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen including an oven which can be a rarity. A handy lobby area before entering the apartment to leave ski boots, wet jackets, helmets etc. I would have given it a 5 star other than for the fact that there were a couple of hiccups ten days before we were due to leave. The owner realised that she had doubled booked the apartment on our first night. That said, Beatrice put us up in a hotel the first night, all paid for, just down the road from the apartment. So check, double check, and triple check dates and be sure to mention the day of the week you plan to arrive. Also just double check if cleaning is included. Beatrice asked us 4 days before we left for France if we wanted to clean the apartment ourselves or if we wanted to pay 113 euros for a cleaner. Whilst we would always leave the place as we found it, I was a little surprised at this additional charge so late in the day. We chose to clean the apartment ourselves - cleaning products, vacuum, etc were all available. Communication with the owner was a little difficult at times which left us feeling nervous especially when the apartment was double booked. However, we had nothing to worry about. Beatrice provided everything she promised and we had a fabulous week in Meribel Mottaret.

Sur l’emplacement j’aurais mis 4 étoiles mais vu la très mauvaise communication avec la propriétaire je mets une étoile car je suis obligé En effet elle nous facture la caution pour une carafe de cafetière cassée qui doit coûter 30 euros max, un bouton de plaque électrique cassé en tournant le bouton (il devait avoir un soucis) et une étagère de frigo Déjà cassée à notre arrivée et en plus sans facture C’est malhonnête

Gut für Sportorientierte

Für uns 5 Erwachsene sehr angenehm. Bei Vollbelegung gibt es allerdings keinen Platz zur Entspannung außer dem eigenen Bett. Gut: Unten Badezimmer mit Badewanne, getrenntes WC. Oben: zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche WC. Hochbett nur geeignet für Kinder oder sportliche Erwachsene.

Séjour ski

Appartement apprécié avec tranquillité et accessibilité pistes facile. Le seul bémol reste le salon trop petit avec aucun endroit confortable pour se poser entre amis. Nous n’avons que nos lit. Il faudra mettre plutôt une table pliante et permettre de mettre un canapé .

Appartement récent,spacieux et bien situé

Appartement sur 2 niveaux, très bien équipé. Les 2 sdb et wc sont appréciables quand on commence à être nombreux. Au pied des pistes. Un lave vaisselle et un lave linge très pratiques. Je recommande ce logement.

Très bien situé. Ski aux pieds. Magasins sportifs et alimentaires à 50m. Parfaitement équipé et propreté impeccable. Un sejour très agréable.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, conforme à l'annonce. Les équipements sont d'excellentes qualités. Procédures d'entrée et de sortie très aisées. Un petit bémol pour l'échelle de la mezzanine à l'étage, pas très pratique.

Exactement comme convenu et décrit dans l'annonce, pas de mauvaise surprise. Tout est neuf et en excellent état, avec une mention spéciale pour les salles de bain. Le seul point à améliorer serait le couchage (matelas simples, couchage double superposé bruyant). Mais tout s'est très bien passé et est très agréable ! 5/5

Perfect place

With two adults and four teenagers we had a comfortable stay in this appartment. The kitchen is a bit small but well equipped.The two bathrooms are new and clean. The double beds are rather small but sleep well. The appt is located on the top floor of a bigger building with bars, a grocery shop and ski rental close by. Located along a slope whih brings you to Mottaret from where you can easily discover the aera in all directions.

Très bon séjour

C’etait Le 1er séjour sur Meribel et il fut très agréable. Temps magnifique et superbe domaine skiable, notamment sur les pistes de Courchevel qui, malgré les vacances scolaires, sont désertes 😜 Appartement bien placé avec départ et retour skis aux pieds. Fonctionnel, avec casier au RDC et petit SAS avant de rentrer dans l’appartement pour se délester de notre matériel : très appréciable, pour avoir connu des apparts où il n’y avait pas de rangement de skis... Une propriétaire agréable et réactive. Le +: le charme de l’appart en duplex, refait à neuf. Les 2 SDB+ 2 WC. Rangement suffisant pour les 7 personnes. Nous avions même encore de la place dans les placards! Et balcon assez grand pour accueillir les valises dures qui ne peuvent être rangées à l’interieur. + jolie deco jusqu’a La vaisselle que j’ai trouvé très jolie 😉 Le petit moins: la télé à l’etage Même si le coin salon (à l’etage) est très agréable, nous aimons bien avoir la TV dans la pièce à vivre (SAM avec cuisine). Dans tous les cas, l’app Était conforme à sa description et agréable pour un séjour au ski.

Perfect

The apartment and location was just wonderful for our family of 7 over the Easter break.The apartment is immaculate and the photos just don’t do it justice! I was a bit worried when I read some of the views but had nothing to worry about and Beatrice responded to all my questions 😃. It was a ski out ski in location. Ski hire shop bar and the ski lift office were just a few metres from the apartment. We were totally spoilt by having everything so close by 😃. There was plenty of car parking spaces outside the apartment block. This apartment was just perfect.

Great place

The property is very well located, and it is very functional. The spaces are "petit" and even tough it has an authorization to sleep up to 7 people, reality is that more than 4 are a crowd ind the place becomes not functional. I would definitely warn against renting it if you are a oprty of more than 4 or if you have small children. From the pictures shown, the place looks much bigger, definitely do not represent reality. The building could do with more security, there is not a closed TV monitoring circuit and this allows for thefts. We were victims as our Ski locker was burglarized and skis were robbed.
