NO SMOKING in or around the home. Please respect our visitors with breathing issues. This includes vaping.
PLEASE NOTE: We have one security camera on the front of the property and one that faces the river on the back of the property. The front one is an outdoor flood light camera and does not hear inside the house... just captures the driveway and helps us with the weather situation when we aren't there. The one of the back of the house is facing the river and not the deck space. This one is for us to know the level of the river, which is important for us to know.
Questions we will ask in order to approve a dog:
Once approved, I’ll send an invoice for the pet fee of $150 for each dog
(limit 2).
1) How many dogs?
If there are two dogs, do they both live in the same home? We do not allow dogs from two different families to stay at the house at the same time.
2) How old is the dog/ dogs?
We do not allow puppies at all. No potty training or "just potty trained" dogs at all. This puppy phase is different with all dogs and some are well over a year before they have mastered this. If your dog has accidents in your house AT ALL, then we consider that NOT potty trained and unfortunately will not be able to approve them yet.
2) What size and what type of hair?
We need to know this because if it's a Siberian Husky or other dogs with tons of hair, we have to bring in an extra cleaner that just vacuums and dusts everything because that hair ends up on every square inch of the house and if the next guests have dog allergies, we need to know ahead of time to prepare for them.
3) Is the dog indoors all of the time? (Meaning doesn't sleep outside at it's own home. ) Dogs that are used to being indoors would definitely act very different inside than dogs that were being treated to a completely new lifestyle.
No getting on the furniture, chewing on furniture, marking the furniture, etc, etc.
4) We ask that any time you are gone, please do not leave the dog unattended to roam inside the house. We have a kennel that we provide (it's a large one) in the game room. Please always put the dog in the kennel when you leave. If you want to move the kennel inside the main part of the house, that's just fine.
