Located in Vaison-la-Romaine, in the Vaucluse in the heart of Provence, at the foot of Mont Ventoux and Dentelles de Montmirail, our former wine farm is located in the middle of a green area: lavender, rosemary, olive and linden trees Centenarians are part of a Mediterranean garden.

Perfectly furnished and equipped in a spirit of "Family House", its decoration is made by Magali the hostess thanks to family furniture and furniture and objects found at antique dealers in the region. You will find a warm and soothing atmosphere.
The swimming pool (10 X 5 with beach and alarm protection) will allow you to relax and cool off. Exclusive use. 8 sunbaths, 1 parasol.

On the ground floor :

Entrance hall with beautiful stone staircase and a canopy opening onto the living room.
Large living room of 62 m2 with kitchen, granite worktop, induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, small appliances, wine cellar (On arrival, a few bottles of the winemaker owner will be cool! )
Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Guest WC - Wifi - Garage for bicycles and motorcycles, 2 bicycles at your disposal. Parking spaces on the property.
The kitchen opens via a large bay with brick partition on a large covered terrace of 25 m2 with barbecue.
Bedroom 1 - Provencal ambience, ceiling in leaf of Provence & barber's furniture. 160 x 200 bed

Each room is equipped with cupboards, a bathroom or private shower - Cosmetic mirror and hair dryer - WC independent - Television. Bedding of very good quality. Beds made on your arrival.

The owners present in the terraced house are there to assist you in the smooth running of your stay. Ready to share their good plans.
The winemaker-oenologist owner will be able to share his knowledge and his passion for wine around the estate's cuvées or during themed evenings.

Comfortable lodgings and interesting town.

Enjoyed the wineries, the mid evil city, Avignon, Nîmes and Pont de Gard. Wonderful little town to browse and have dinner in.

Superb stay in quality house near gorgeous Vaison la Romaine

My family and I had a fantastic week long stay at this gorgeous house. It has a very nice pool, comfortable sun beds, a gorgeous garden with enough trees, and inside we had everything we wanted (from kitchen tools to airco in the bedrooms). Our host was very kind and quick to help us with anything. There is a house attached to the rental (family of the owners stay there), but it didn’t bother us at all. It still feels private. Overall we had an amazing week and would recommend this “Mas”.

Wonderful house and location

My husband and I along with our friends had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The house is clean, modern, very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is clean. The owners were very nice and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend and we hope to return again.

Oasis of calm within walking distance of central Vaison-la-Romaine.

The photos do not do it justice! We’ll be returning as soon as we are able to relax in the fabulous grounds and amazing house. The hosts were very welcoming and supplied us with some of their own wine and jam.

Beautiful Home Base for Exploring Provence

This is a beautiful and well maintained property. The home is spacious and well equipped. It was perfect for a multi-generational family visit to Provence - 4 spacious bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms and an additional half bath. Lovely yard with private pool was a bonus. Immaculate and clean and also very comfortable. A perfect stay!

Wonderful Christmas in Avignon!

The property was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated for Christmas including a tree. The hosts were very attentive and helpful and there to welcome us upon a late arrival. Excellent location and a car is necessary. Supermarkets and shops are available nearby. Thank you Magali and Nicolas for making our Christmas special.

La Vie Est Belle Au Soilel ✨

This was our first time to France and very thankful for our stay here in VaisonLR. - upon arrival Everything was very clean + inviting, the house is well laid out and beautiful. The backyard was perfect. - location is great. Options to walk, bike or drive into town and all of those felt very safe. - there is an Aldi, Intermarche and Super U for groceries and plenty of fun boulangeries, boucheries, poissons and restaurants to visit. - Magali and Nicholas are both very kind and gracious hosts! We absolutely loved our stay and Hope to visit here again!

Clean, stylish and high standard in rooms, toilets/shower and kitchen. Accommodating host who did everything to make us comfortable. Large and good areas with grass, pool and outdoor environments. Wonderful house and great location

The villa is wonderful - the photos do not do it justice! Plenty of space for everyone, very well equipped, beautiful gardens! Plenty of sun beds, pool chilly but it is only middle May. Magali & Nicolas are wonderful hosts, there if you need them for anything, but not intrusive at all. All in all, a wonderful house in a beautiful setting. We would love to return!

Vineyard House

This is the most beautiful house I have ever rented. Magali is a considerate hostess who greeted us with fresh flowers and 2 bottles of her own wine. Later in the week she brought us food treats and more flowers. The house is luxurious and roomy. I can't say enough good things about this rental. It is truly a hidden gem in the middle of the Cote du Rhone.

Perfect Home in Vaison-la-Romain

The house was perfect for our family of 8 on our recent trip to Vaison-la-Romaine. It was spacious, modern and clean. It was even better than the pictures. The yard was beautiful and the pool was a welcome part of our afternoons after exploring villages and wineries nearby. Vaison-la-Romaine village was walkable and we enjoyed walking to pick out fresh items for dinner on market day and to the historic sites as well as the ice cream shops and bakeries. Magali was friendly and quick to answer our questions and assist with things we needed. We did communicate through the VRBO app for translation purposes. I would very highly recommend this home for a family getaway.

A wonderful property in the heart of Rhone Wine Country

We spent a delightful six-days exploring this region of Provence and we had a wonderful rental to return to each day. This very large four-bedroom, five bathroom house was more than enough space for the two of us. The kitchen is large and we ate all my one meal in our rental. I cannot recommend it enough. Magali was a wonderful host and the rental was just as advertised. We will return. A five-star property in a most magical setting. Unfortunately, November is not the time to use the pool. This is a very lovely property in a great location in terms of closeness to Vaison La Romaine centre and other places in the region. You can tell that the house has been very well renovated/maintained by the owners. The garden and the pool were very lovely too. The quality of the air conditioning system was very good….there was not one bit of noise that emanates from it, absolutely perfect for night-time sleeping. The quality of the plumbing that serves the kitchen and bathrooms was excellent too, you can tell a very good job has been done here, it just all worked perfectly. I’ve given everything 5 stars because it was all very good. One small improvement I would be perhaps recommend to the owners would be to fully secure the garden to the side of the house which is near the road. If there are young children staying, this is a risk and while it is absolutely the responsibility of the parents to be looking where their children are, it only takes a second for things to happen and I just think they ought to consider this improvement because everything else is around the perimeter is so well secured with fencing.

Immer wieder sehr gerne!

Wir waren schon um zweiten Mal in diesem traumhaften Haus. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts.Der parkähnliche Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche übrig.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und erreichbar.Wir können dieses tolle Haus sehr empfehlen!!!

Bouleurlaub 2025 in Südfrankreich

Das Haus hatte alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Es war sehr sauber, geräumig und trug den Charme des provencialischen Lebens. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend, immer hilfsbereit und - auch wenn sie direkt nebenan wohnen - angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder.
