Exceptional, on the beautiful beach of Cap d'Agde Rochelongue, spacious fisherman's house (80m²) with large beautiful terrace with breathtaking views of the sea - 440 m² of land.
A private passage closed by a gate opens for you on the pleasant sandy beach.
Ideally located near all the shops of the mail of rochelongue, 5 'on foot.
The house consists of:
 - a living room / kitchen (brand new and fully equipped) with magnificent sea views.
overlooking the large terrace. In the living room you have a convertible sofa bed 2 places.
- 1 bedroom with bed 140 x 190, 1 dresser and a cupboard.
- 1 room with 2 beds that can get together to form a large bed 160 x 190. A large fitted cupboard.
- 1 bathroom newly redone with shower and vanity unit.
- 1 separate WC.
- 1 large garage for 2 cars with remote controlled electric gate laundry area and parking spaces.
Equipment: Crockery - Television - Fridge / freezer - hob + oven - Microwave - Dishwasher - Washing machine - Vacuum cleaner - Iron - hair dryer.
Clim reversible.

Rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A check deposit will be given at the entrance of the traveler and returned on the day of departure.
Cleaning: 60 € will be settled too.

Wir hatten einen perfekten und traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt. Es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist traumhaft und hätte für uns nicht besser sein können. Der Strand war nicht überfüllt und wir konnten am Strand entlang schlendern um zu den Restaurant zu gelangen. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war äusserst angenehm. Wir empfehlen die Location gerne weiter!!

Traumlage direkt am Meer

Kleines Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht. Grosse Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Einfach perfekt, von da aus den Wellen und Möwen zuzuhören, dann aufzustehen und nach ein paar Schritten einen Strandspaziergang machen zu können. Ich vermisse dieses Gefühl, direkt am Strand zu wohnen. Frau Ahmadi was super nett, flexibel beim Check-In, hat alles erklärt und war auch während der Woche immer erreichbar. Wir waren mit Teenager und Hund dort und auch die zwei fühlten sich wie im Paradies. Danke, Familie Ahmadi, für diese schönen Ferien!

Très belle vue sur la mee

Communication rapide avec la propriétaire. Accueil sympathique par les parents de la propriétaire avec un petit cadeau en sus. Maison propre et fonctionnelle. Tout y est. Grand espace de séjour et terrasse spacieuse avec une vue superbe. Emplacement idéal sur une longue plage de sable, proche des commerces de base et d'animation. Excellent séjour entre amies. Nous avons été ravies et comblées par notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am feinsandigen Strand mit direktem Zugang. Grosszügige Terrasse teils überdacht mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Gemütlich eingerichtet mit guter Küchenausstattung. Die Gastgeberin Frau Ahmadi ist ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Hervorragender Relaxurlaub

Das Haus Liegt direkt am Strand und ist für bis zu 4 Personen durchaus geräumig und absolut sauber. Alles was man benötigen könnte ist vorhanden und funktioniert auc einwandfrei. Bei großer Hitze ist die geräumige Garage und die Klimaanlage Gold wert. Es war ein Top-Urlaub.

Amazing holiday

Nice comfy house with perfect position, the terrase just above the beach, garage for the car. You can watch the beach and sea all the day (and night:-) and be on the beach after 10 steps. Everything you need is by walking distance, super boulangerie where baquette are always fresh. Very nice and helpful owner. One of our best holidays!

Magnifique petite maison avec une vue imprenable et superbe sur la plage et la mer. Belle terrasse couverte. Que demander de plus ? Peut être un salon de jardin agrementerait encore plus l'extérieur. Nous sommes enchantés, les propriétaires sont charmants. Un seul petit bémol, le rideau dans la chambre n'occulte pas le jour, et provoque un réveil matinal. Mais cela ne remet pas en cause notre séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Très bien situé, très propre, accueil chaleureux. J'ai aimé le voisinage très diversifié et accueillant. Se lever, aller sur la plage, marcher au bord de l'eau. Le soir, regarder le coucher de soleil tout en cuisinant : génial ! La maison manque un peu d'âme, mais la propriétaire et ses parents y apportent la chaleur humaine. J'ai deux chiens et j'ai été ravie de pouvoir les emmener grâce à l'accord de la propriétaire. Le terrain est entièrement clos : c'est très pratique pour les enfants aussi !
