Small SEASIDE HOUSE, 400m from the beach, Private garden.

The house is located by the sea, in a hamlet near the second home owners. In a flowered garden with trees, it accommodates 4 people in the two bedrooms on the first floor. And in the living room, a two person sofa can help out when needed.
The TRENEZ beach which you will reach by a small hollow way is located at 400 m, that of KERFANY with 2.5 km. In the garden you will hear the ocean and admire the sunsets.
The region offers beautiful walks: the path of smugglers will take you along the coast and the banks of BELON. Many footpaths or mountain bike trails crisscross the surrounding countryside (see map at the tourist office MOELAN sea). The small fishing ports (BRIGNEAU, MERIEN, DOËLAN) a few kilometers will make interesting walks.
Nearby you will find: the city of the painters of Pont Aven at 16 km, Quimperle (10 km) with its train station-line PARIS-Quimper, LORIENT (30km) with its festival Interceltique (early August) and the exciting Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly, as well as the embarkation for the island of GROIX - CONCARNEAU (32km) with its remarkable old walled city and a little further, QUIMPER, 50 km ... so many tourist places to discover ...
You will also be able to accompany your children in various activities close to Kersolf: park of Quinquis, labyrinth of maize, stroll back of "donkeys with the Belon", zoo of BRIDGE-SCORF, rise of the LAÎTA in zodiac or the oar, or descent of AVEN in stars starting from PONT AVEN, sailing school in KERFANY ...
You will find in the house, a file concerning these activities that we tested with our little children!

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE:

THE GROUND FLOOR
 A large living room of 24 m2 with kitchen, adjoining separate toilet and bathroom (sink, shower, bath mat). Electric heaters, storage furniture with large wardrobe. FM radio station.
Kitchen equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, multi function robot - cookware and crockery for 6 people.

UPSTAIRS :
2 attic rooms of 9m2 each with 2 beds of 90.
From the windows, sea view. In each room: duvet, pillows, storage cabinet with small wardrobe, and electric heating.
Cot, high chair, children's toys

PRIVATE GARDEN with garden furniture and barbecue equipment. Car parking next to the house.

NOTE on the RENTAL RATE:
High season July and August: 600 Euros the week from Saturday to Saturday
Low season: 450 Euros the week.

Wonderful holidays

Our family has enjoyed two wonderful weeks in this friendly holiday home in walking distance to the beach. We played cross boule in the garden and went for many geocaching tours along the coast. We have discovered a lot of menhirs, dolmen, chapels, fountains as well as little ports in the area close to Moëlan-sur-Mer. Thanks a lot to the kind hosts!

Nice house near the beach in Bretagne

We've had a beautiful holiday in this nice house near the beach (only 5 min walk). The landscape is really beautiful; we've made very nice walks straight from the house. (coastal path).The host was very friendly. The kitchen-equipment and the bbq-grill were not as clean as we would have liked.

Idéal pour les vacances

Belle petite location fonctionnelle ,au calme ,bien située pour découvrir la région .Nombreuses randonnées à faire ( GR34 mais aussi dans l' intérieur des terres ). petit bémol ,l' absence de TV mais la Wifi compense nettement .

Vacances paisibles en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au calme et dans une très belle région. La petites maison est très fonctionnelle et idéalement placée. Entre plage , sentier côtier, rias et jolis petits ports, les environs sont très agréables. Nos hôtes ont ete très accueillants, attentionnés et discrets. Nous recommandons vivement leur hébergement.

wunderbare Lage

Hubert hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Das Häuschen ist 5 Minuten von einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt, wo auch ein roter englischer Doppeldeckerbus steht , der feine tapas verkauft. Ebenfalls gibt es einen kleinen Campingplatz , wo man sich morgens croissants holen kann. Küstenweg führt quasi am Haus vorbei, wo man in beide Richtungen interessante Wanderungen unternehmen kann. Alles in allem hat das Quartier unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Familie Becker- Fasel, Köln

Petite maison très bien située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. La plage est à 5 min à pied avec les enfants, et le jardin est très agréable. La maison est bien équipée et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, disponibles si besoin.

Das Haus ist toll - nur fehlt hier hier und da etwas Liebe zum Detail...

im Grunde war alles nett und ok, aber nur eine Rolle Klopapier zur Verfügung zu stellen, wenn man am späteren Samstagnachmittag ankommt und das Haus 4 Personen beherbergen kann, könnte mal knapp werden. Weiterhin fehlten Seife, Wisch- und Trockentücher. Stuhlkissen für die Gartenstühle wären auch nett gewesen. Wenn es mein Haus wäre, würde ich für meine Gäste SAT-TV & Internet bereithalten. Über von uns gekaufte Kaffefilter, Spültaps und Waschpulver freuen sich die nächsten Gäste. Ganz sauber war das Haus bei unserem Eintreffen auch nicht und wie wir von unseren Ansprechpartnern vor Ort erfuhren, hatte man diesesmal keine Zeit zum Putzen gefunden ... Das Haus hat Charisma, ist sehr schnuckelig und hat eine tolle Lage. Bei dem Preis aber erwartet man etwas mehr Liebe zu weiteren, hier ungenannten Details. Wir hatten ein wenig das Gefühl, das Haus wird von den Besitzern als Chash-Cow angesehen, der nur die absolut notwendige Fürsorge zukommt. Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns aber trotzdem und die Leute, mit denen wir bei der An- & Abreise zu tun hatten, waren sämtlichst super nett. Trotz der wenigen, undramatischen Mankos empfehlen wir es weiter.

Tolle freundliche Vermieter, tolle Lage und eine Ruhe, die für die gute Erholung sorgt. Trotz oder besser wegen fehlenden WLAN war es eine Konzentration auf das Wesentliche bei schönem Meeresrauschen.

Ein nettes kleines Haus in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage.

Das Haus ist einfach aber mit allem gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Großer Garten mit schönem Blick in die Natur. Super nette Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit. Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem kleinen schönen Strand mit einer originellen Strandbar für einen Sundowner in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Perfekt für einen Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe.

Proche de la plage

Bonne semaine , avec la mer accessible à pied! Maison correcte, bien qu'il fasse très chaud sous les toits et qu'il y ait peu d'ombre ds le jardin! Un accueil sympa et une souplesse ds les horaires! Le jardin est commun avec les propriétaires ( ou famille) mais ils sont discrets et gentils.

Séjour très agréable.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette location. Les propriétaires charmants nous ont gentiment accueilli . La proximité de la plage de Trenez est idéale pour une famille avec des enfants. C'est une plage familiale que nous avons beaucoup apprécié de même que les nombreuses randonnées à faire à proximité . Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Séjour agréable entre mer et terre.

Nous avons passé une semaone agréable dans ce logement en profitant pleinement du jardin plein ouest et des super couchers de soleil. La cuisine est bien équipée, petit bémol pour la salle de bain et les toilettes dont le confort est basique. Bonne litterie. Excellent accueil de nos hôtes.

Un séjour délicieux

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la location, mise en valeur par un temps splendide : on voit la mer en entrant dans la propriété, et notre part de jardin ouvert sur la verdure et le ciel nous a d'emblée délassés. La maison est fort bien placée, toute proche de deux plages, et d'autres encore (plages ou criques) rapidement accessibles par le chemin côtier. Elle est claire et fonctionnelle, toute proche de la maison des propriétaires qui nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Aux alentours, Brigneau (sa Fest Noz), le Belon, Pont-Aven nous ont enchantés.
