Villa Señora Martin #15 is the best deal in Hermosa Heights. It is a newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath stand-alone villa in the Hermosa Heights Gated Community. The Principal bedroom has a pillow-top queen mattress, and the second bedroom has a new double mattress. The living room has a futon that makes out to a full-size bed and a DEDICATED WORK SPACE. There is a toddler cot (up to 75 lbs) and a Pack 'n Play for infants available upon request. Full Kitchen, Washer-Dryer, Towels, Linens. A Propane Gas grill is available on the deck.
Hermosa Heights has a pool, mini-golf, and a Cinema. 10-minute walk to the beach or grocery store. There are wonderful beachfront restaurants in Playa Hermosa

We had a lovely family stay. The host was always available by WhatsApp whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and waterslides, and the property felt very safe and secure with the gated entrance.It’s a quick and easy drive to the beach, and the home was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up for families. We especially appreciated having a washer, A/C, reliable hot water, and a pack and play for our baby. Overall, a comfortable, safe, and easy place to stay. We had a great time and would happily return.

Great stay

We had an amazing experience staying at Bob's bungalow! From day one, Bob was in constant communication with us, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Although we faced some initial challenges due to heavy rain, Bob went above and beyond to address the issues promptly and ensure our comfort.The bungalow itself was perfect for our family of four—spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The convenience of a walkable supermarket and a beach just a 20-minute stroll away made the location ideal for us.What stood out most was Bob's kindness and responsiveness. Every time we had a question, he replied immediately with helpful solutions or suggestions. His undivided attention and genuine care made all the difference.We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you, Bob, for making our trip so memorable! We highly recommend staying here.

Excellent communication with the owner

This is kind of a long story but says a lot about the character of the owner of the property. I was supposed to catch my flight to Liberia at 3:00 AM on Friday 15-November. At 2:30 WestJet cancelled the flight due to weather and airport problems in Liberia. ( They cancelled all flights due to Tropical Storm Sara.) I drove home and went to bed. Before I awoke I already had a message from Robert (The owner) informing me about the weather conditions in Guanacaste. He went out of his way to make sure the money I spent on his property was fully reimbursed to me. The next time I go to Costa Rica I am definitely renting his property!!

The host was very welcoming and communicated very well! All questions were promptly answered. My girlfriend and I were greeted warmly upon arrival and the property was clean, safe, and comfortable. We will definitely come back on our next visit!

Gerry was great. Lots of help when needed. The pool area was very nice. Little mini golf if wanted. 20 min walk to beach. 10 min to store. Costa rian people are very friendly. Good bang for the buck.

Great stay in Hermosa Heights

We had a great stay in Hermosa Heights. My kids enjoyed the pools, slides and the mini golf. The location within the gated community is good; private with great view but also not far from the gate. There is a nice grocery store near by. The only thing, it is a bit far from the beach if you don't have a car. Rob was very helpful when we were booking the stay and had to change dates, had questions, etc. Property manager is also good and is available if any issues.

Why they chose this property

Playa Hermosa has our favorite people and beach. Connie is one of those folks who has an eye for detail. She is always adding things and making them just right. Bob is a real people person and has connections all over CR. Our Villa has the nicest furniture and bedding of all the Villas in Hermosa Heights, and it is one of the Best Deals (The mortgage is paid, so we don't have to charge top dollar) There are lots of places to go see in CR and we highly recommend the Arenal Volcano area or rainforest as a must see on your vacation. We purchased our Villa as an investment and as a place to stay for our friends and family. We also own a condo of our own between Playa Hermosa and Playa del Cocos.
