Isn't it time to book your summer vacation?

A beautiful four bedroom cottage in the heart of a resort community, making for a perfect summer dream vacation. Steps to the sandy beach of Lake Michigan, a short walk to the park and the Michigan City zoo, don't miss the Thursday night concerns in the park (again, very walkable), ride your bike along the lake on Lake Shore Drive or walk or drive to the Blue Chip Casino. Don't forget cocktails at sunset on the beach or sit out front in the Adirondack chairs and watch the activity go by. You'll love this place.
Both bathrooms have been completely updated along with a new kitchen and appliances. The outside of the house was repainted in the spring of 2023.
This is a very cozy summer rental with all the upgrades of a new house.

This has been a family home for over 40 years. It's a great get-a-way vacation home close to the beach with a lake view. Recently both bathrooms have been completely remodeled, the kitchen was gutted and upgraded, including new appliances and custom cabinets with quartz countertops & the exterior was repainted in the spring of 2023. You'll love this family home.

Once you've spent a beautiful weekend on this beach, you'll understand why you'll want to come back again and again. The fresh water of Lake Michigan and the beauty of the beach makes you feel like you are miles from home. It's incredibly relaxing, beautiful and fun.

What makes this property unique

It's hard to say if having coffee on the sun porch in the morning, looking at the lake or enjoying cocktails in the evening prior to dinner is more fun. Either way, you know that heading to the beach after coffee or going out to a local restaurant or cooking on the grill after cocktails is going to be enjoyable with friends and family.
