Ron is a great host and responds to messages very quickly! So if you have a question when planning or need something during your stay, he is there for you! We greatly enjoyed his house! It’s in a quiet, convenient location right outside of all the action. There are cameras outside that help you feel safe as a guest. The open layout downstairs is perfect for gathering together, and the bedrooms are just enough space. The 2.5 baths were lovely as well! We would certainly stay at Ron’s place again!

This is no spartan rental property. It has everything your home has and then some. Blenders , juicer , mixer, crock pots , toaster oven , 200 watt stereo with sub-woofer , bluetooth , accent lighting , umbrellas , guest book to share your experience , tourist information , outside living areas. Inside of Downtown Nashville. Liquor store 1 minute walk away. The list is extensive and goes on and on.

What makes this property unique

Downtown... fenced in front and back yard for child and pet. 1500 sq ft.. Close enough to to walk to most of the hot spots but just far enough away from all the craziness for a peaceful night's rest.
