Location was awesome, close to downtown but not too close. Great casual bar steps away as well as a good brewery and minor league baseball stadium steps away. Great stay.

Jon & Samantha are amazing hosts! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds & they provided everything we needed and more! This is a great location if you want to be within walking distance to downtown but far enough away from all the noise. Also just a block away from the baseball stadium. I would highly recommend!!

Great host and location. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the beds and mattresses need an upgrade.

place was great and we loved the rooftop area. Jonathan's next door was so convenient as well! Thank you for leaving a stocked bar as well!...tried not to use it much but it was a nice touch.

The hosts were awesome. They provided great information for easy check-in, great places to eat, and places to visit. We attended a game at Nissan Stadium and the location was great. The townhome was very clean and we had everything we needed.

Fantastic spot!

The property was great for our needs. Rooftop needs a few repairs, but we were very satisfied with our accommodations, location, and the property owners were great! Wonderful communications and ideas for our stay!!! Highly recommend this location. We will be back!

perfect spot to walk, drive or Uber

We loved it instantly. It was perfect for our group of 5. Having the private garage for our car to rest was nice too.Clean, comfortable and set up so handy.We only had a short stay unfortunately, but we would definitely use this place again for longer stay.

We so enjoyed our ladies trip to Nashville. The apartment we rented was a great fit and a great location. We enjoyed the coffee shops nearby and also the restaurants. The only thing was one of the beds was a sofa sleeper and we had thought it was in a bedroom. Otherwise the host was very helpful and welcoming and the accommodations were very clean. The rooftop patio was delightful!!

Friends trip

Had a great time visiting Nashville. The area around this condo has a few good restaurants, brewery and small distillery. Farmers market not far. Walking to downtown-Printer’s Alley and Broadway was easy walk.

This was a great space to enjoy Nashville! We were 3 couples and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We could walk to Broadway which we did every day. There was a great bar/restaurant right on the corner. Communication with the owner was exceptional. The place was very clean. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean and the beds went comfortable. Six of us stayed here and we had ample space and no issues. The owners were awesome communicators. We got Ubers to Broadway which was a quick and easy trip. We would stay again for sure!
