In a pretty secure family residence with caretaker and swimming pool overlooking the mountains of the Maures massif and direct access to the very beautiful sandy beach of pramousquier including the underwater funds of rare beauty that are sought after by diving enthusiasts for their richness and the clarity of the water.

Certainly the most beautiful sector of the Mediterranean coast with its wild coves facing the Port Cros, Levant and Porquerolles islands and its great wild walks.

A bus stop, cycle track and the little beach train are at the foot of the residence.

A mini-market is located at the exit of the residence with fresh bread and morning croissants.
Restaurant / pizzeria 50m away which offers take-away meals.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir, Familie mit 2 Kindern, hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Nicolas hat uns bis zur Abfahrt geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Christelle freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einigen Details, die wir zum Teil, erst Tage später entdeckt haben. Es gibt Alles, was man benötigt- und sogar noch mehr :) Für die Kinder gibt es eine Auszieh-Couch, die aber für das Alter unserer beiden (9+11) völlig ausreichend ist. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind herrlich und laden zum Relaxen ein. Der Pool ist sauber und überwacht. Der Weg zum Meer sind ca 5 Minuten. Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft, mit Cafés und Liegen, die man sie tageweise buchen kann. Ein elektronisches Problem wurde schnell und zuverlässig gelöst. Christelle und ihr Mann waren bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle und überaus freundlich, wenn man sich in der Anlage getroffen hat. Ein Vorteil wäre, etwas Französisch zu sprechen (mein Schulfanzösisch, welches schon etwas her ist, reichte aber aus ;) ) Ansonsten einfach eine Übersetzer-App benutzen. Vielen Dank an Nicolas und Christelle + Familie, wir kommen gern wieder! undund hilfsbereit empfangenhilfsbereit hil

Apparemment coquet avec équipements adéquat et joliment décoré; seul bémol, une machine à café filtre ! La terrasse est très agréable avec petit jardinet et petite vue mer. L’accès à la plage se fait en 5 mn et la plage est magnifique ! Séjour très agréable en ce qui nous concerne !

Vorsicht. Preisgestaltung nicht transparent

Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen Gegend von einigen Dingen getrübt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig, weil er nur die französische Sprache kennt. Wir mussten 2 Stunden auf Christelle warten bis sie uns Bettwäsche und Handtücher brachte. In der Anzeige gab es keinerlei Hinweise, dass das extra kostet. 40 Euro für Bettbezüge und lediglich 2 Handtücher empfinde ich als eine Unverschämtheit. Es kam noch besser .Für eine Endreinigung wären 60 Euro fällig. Dazu gibt es in der Anzeige auch keinen Hinweis. Zu allem Übel war der Pool wohl seit Monaten eine Baustelle. Der Vermieter hätte uns das sagen müssen - Fehlanzeige. Außerdem gabe es in der Wohnung Wasserschäden, an mehreren Stellen löste sich der Putz. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse sind eigentlich ganz hübsch, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber wenn man so eine Wohnung nicht penibel pflegt, gibt es eben unnötige Schmuddelecken. Jedenfalls haben wir die Endreinigung selbst gemacht und die Wohnung war somit sauberer als bei unserer Ankunft. Waschmaschine ist auch sehr praktisch. Am meisten hat uns die nicht vorhandene Tranparenz der Anzeige gestört. Wenn wir alle Fakten auf dem Tisch gehabt hätten, hätten wir nicht gebucht.

Bonjour monsieur RAINER, Je suis très surpris de vos commentaires... Dans l annonce il est bien spécifié que je ne parle que le français, que le linge de maison (draps serviettes) ne sont pas inclus dans la location ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour. Ces modalités vous on étaient à nouveau spécifié plus d une semaine avant votre arrivé. vous aviez la possibilité de louer ces services à la conciergerie de la résidence en supplément. Pour la piscine les travaux avaient pris du retard ce qui vous a aussi été notifié et qui par effort commercial je vous ai pris à ma charge les frais de linge que vous trouvez "insolent" mais que vous n avez pas payé. Aucun manque de transparence n est à déplorer dans ma location mais surtout une mauvaise fois de votre part sans compter la verseuse à café de vous avez cassé dés votre arrivé et que vous avez eu du mal à me régler(18€20). bien à vous...

Les gros plus : - une magnifique terrasse donnant sur un jardinet agrémenté de plantes méditerranéennes où il fait bon de se reposer au calme. - A deux pas de la jolie plage de Pramousquier. - Une clim dans chaque pièce - Christelle et son conjoint Laurent pour la logistique d'accueil et de départ. Schöne Wohnung fußläufig zum Strand

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche zu dritt in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist gut eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Ein Autostellplatz ist ebenfalls dabei. Zum wunderschönen Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Besonderen Dank geht an Christelle, die mit ihrem Rat immer uns zur Seite stand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Sehr schöne, kleine, gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen und entspannen. Guter Pool für Kinder. Mit kleinen Kindern ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand. Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit Verwalterin und Eigentümer hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Location tout confort avec une belle terrasse et vue partielle sur la mer, équipements électroménagers complets, bonne literie et climatisation appréciable. Petit problème de réception avec la TNT pour la télévision, il serait peut-être judicieux de relier la télévision à une Box… Concernant la distance entre la location et l’accès à la première plage nous l’imaginions plus courte et surtout avec moins de dénivelé.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Betten , sehr gute Ausstattung. Kleines Manko -es fehlten kleine scharfe Küchenmesser und es wäre schön wenn ein Minimum an Reinigungsagenzien und Toilettenpapier bei der Ankunft da wäre. Es ist aber möglich dass all das im Rahmen der Covidmassnahmen gestrichen ist. Sonst war alles perfekt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Très bon séjour à Pramousquier. Merci à Christelle de son accueil et sa grande gentillesse. Le propriétaire Nicolas est très réactif et sympathique. Excellents echanges. Le logement est très propre, lumineux et parfaitement aménagé. Situé au calme avec une vue magnifique . Le petit jardinet décoré avec soin est particulièrement magnifique le soir, un enchantement quand tout s allume (fontaines, éclairages ouah.....). Plage très proche 5 mn a pieds, très jolie, les fonds marins sont sublimes. Nous recommandons fortement cette location qui se situe dans un endroit magnifique. Elle est vraiment top !
