El apartamento está situado en el centro histórico de Pula, en el paseo marítimo de Pula, a unos 100 metros del famoso Anfiteatro Arena, con tiendas, panaderías, bares, restaurantes, paradas de autobús y un puerto para botes justo debajo del edificio. Fácilmente accesible desde todos los destinos europeos en coche, tren o avión.

El apartamento está situado en el edificio residencial en el sexto piso con ascensor y aparcamiento gratuito. Tiene una vista más hermosa de la bahía de Pula en la ciudad. Compuesto por 1 habitación con cama doble, sala de estar con sofá cama, cocina, baño con ducha y balcón con una hermosa vista a la bahía de Pula. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, lavadora, televisión por cable con LED, conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, plancha. Tiene estacionamiento protegido gratuito rodeado por una cerca detrás del edificio solo para los inquilinos del edificio.

La playa de Gortanova uvala está a unos 2,5 km, la playa de Verudela, Zlatne stijene y las playas de Stoja a unos 3, 5 km y son fácilmente accesibles en coche o transporte público. Los principales monumentos de Pula: el anfiteatro romano está a 100 metros, el Foro Romano con el Templo de Augusto a 300 metros y la antigua Puerta de Oro a 200 metros del apartamento.

Un puerto de botes con enlaces frecuentes a las islas del Parque Nacional de Venecia y Brioni y el puerto de hidroaviones están a una distancia de 100 metros. Las principales estaciones de autobús y tren se encuentran a 500 metros, mientras que el aeropuerto internacional de Pula está a 8 km del apartamento. Puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto en taxi o en autobús urbano.

It was a pleasure hosting Daniel and Louise for their stay in Pula. I really enjoyed having them stay in our apartment. They were very friendly, nice, respectful, communicative and polite guests. When they left I found the apartment very clean and tidy. The communication was excellent. Therefore I recommend them as guests to future hosts and hope to see them again in Pula. I will be glad to host them again.

An alternative to the usual city breaks

We stayed for 10 days and would highly recommend this apartment. Everything was great. Location and view were perfect. Pula is a lovely place to visit. We maybe didn't need ten days to explore the immediate area, but that extended time did give us a really relaxed holiday.

Location was perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at this cheery apartment. Right by the Arena and close to old town. Fun restaurants and bars that are very walkable. Great sea view. So relaxing. . Sasa, the owner and Petra, the Property manager may checking in and out so easy! I appreciated their flexibility. I will stay here again!

Beautiful sea view appointment 😍

Beautiful sea view apartment is exactly that. Very well equipped. Nice decoration. Home from home. The location is perfect for visiting all the historic places of interest. There are lot's of lovely cafe's and restaurants in the beautiful streets around the apartment. The view is amazing. Never get tired of sitting on the balcony watching the boats coming and going. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Would love to go back.

Apartment with super view on harbour of Pula

Very polite, good and quick communication with the owner Saša, he informed us very well about the situation in Istria regarding covid. Also great information about Pula and trips we could make. Very nice that there is a private car park behind the building. Apartment is on 6th floor with a super view on harbour and on walking distance of everything in the city. It is very, very clean, everything you need is there. We will recommend this apartment very much!!

Homely Apartment with Lovely Views

Great apartment with a thoughtful and helpful host. Sasha provided great communication before and during our stay in Pula. Good location within easy walking distance of main tourist attractions, historic centre and local shops/amenities. Great balcony overlooking marina with beautiful sunsets over a drink or two. Good location for transfers - ferry port and bus station within easy walking distance. Clean, tidy and good facilities in apartment. Welcome drink bottle of wine - much appreciated. In summary - great homely apartment with lovely balcony and helpful/supportive owner.

Superbly Located Apartment

Had a great week in Pula in June 2025. The apartment from the outside is just in a block of flats, however it’s on the 6th floor and once you step inside the apartment is clean, tidy and certainly suited us. It has a small balcony overlooking the harbour and was great to sit out in, watching the boats coming and going. Sasha was amazing. He sent through a number of emails and suggested days out, places to visit and getting the most out of Pula. He even messaged us to ask if we were alright after a big evening storm. He is on hand to help you with everything. His communication was excellent. Pula is a must. It has history and was great to explore. It’s a great base for travelling aswell. I would certainly recommend this apartment as a base for exploring the Istria part of Croatia.

Great apartment with great view!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. Sasha was great about communication and suggesting restaurants, etc. The apartment was well equipped. . The only negative for a couple our age was the apartment is on the 6 th floor and the elevator only goes up to 5th floor. So we had to use stairs to the next level with luggage in hand .

Lovely apartment which has everything you could wish for to make your stay in Pula a pleasant one. Easily accessed by elevator and with being located on top floor benefits from superb views over Pula Marina. Its location is superb and allows you to explore all the nearby tourist sites on foot . We caught the Krilo lines ferry to explore some of the islands and also took bus to several nearby towns . Saša left comprehensive details in apartment as to recommendations , maps, timetables etc and also sent details at time of booking in electronic form which allowed us to plan and prebook. Saša provided clear instructions as to check in/ out and communication ideal. Our second time in Pula and so glad we chose this location. We hope to be back again sometime someday, and would definitely only stay here- thanks Saša , slainte😃

Perfect apartment, amazing location

This apartment is everything it says in the description, and so much more. The accommodation is very clean and modern, and has everything you could need, or want. The living room is uncluttered and comfortable, the kitchen is really well equipped, the bathroom is large and bright with an excellent shower, and the bed is probably the most comfortable we've ever slept in. But the best part of the apartment has to be the balcony, where you can spend hours watching the boats coming and going from the marina and harbour, and being mesmerised by the sunset and the lights on the cranes at night. There are a bakery, ice creams, small shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk, and the indoor market, Gardenia, the amphitheatre and Kastel are less than ten minutes away. And if you want to go further you can get a boat trip from the harbour or catch a bus from just outside the gates out to the aquarium or round the coast. Sasa and Nicolina are the perfect hosts, answering all our questions in advance, providing us with local pastries, wine and home-smoked ham and cheese when we arrived, and even booking us a taxi for our return to the airport. We stayed for 10 days and are already planning to go back, as weve only just begun to scratch the surface of Pula. Thank you Sasa and Nicolina.

Dit appartement bevindt zich werkelijk op een toplocatie; uitzicht over haven en zee, op loopafstand van alle interessante plaatsen in Pula, én alle restaurants en winkeltjes.Ook is het appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Wij hebben werkelijk niets gemist tijdens ons verblijf.Je moet er alleen wel tegen kunnen dat het balkon wat lawaaierig is, maar dat namen wij voor lief omdat voor de rest alles perfect was.De eigenaar stuurde ons vooraf zeer uitgebreide en nuttige info over Istrië, en was zeer vriendelijk, evenals zijn buurvrouw die ons ontving bij aankomst.

Zentrale Lage, schöner Ausblick aus der 6ten Etage. Veralteter Wohnblock.

Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, obwohl auch eher altmodisch, in die Jahre gekommen und relativ simpel ausgestattet. Der gesamte Wohnblock war allerdings sehr veraltet, eher ungepflegt und der Aufzug ging auch nur bis zum 5. Stock, so dass man immer noch eine Etage zu Fuß gehen musste. Der Vermieter selber war allerdings sehr bemüht, jederzeit über whatsapp und/oder Handy erreichbar und hatte viele Tipps für Ausflüge, zum Essen gehen usw. parat.

Lækker lejlighed med god udsigt.

Vi var 3 venner afsted på ferie i en uge i Pula hvor vi benyttede denne lejlighed. Det er en pæn og hyggelig lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt fra balkogen. Hvor vi brugte det meste af tiden når vi var i lejligheden. Den ligger lige overfor havnen med gå afstand til pubs og restauranter. Der er altid liv på gaden og man kan se det hele fra balkogen. Så hvis man skal på ferie i Pula så vil man ikke fortryde at bruge denne lejlighed.

schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen. Da wir zur Coronazeit da waren, gab es auch Masken und Desinfektionsmittel. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, es ist alles da, zB. Waschmittel, Kerzen ec. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Parkplatz. Kleiner Abzug, für die Lautstärke auf dem Balkon. Dafür ist die Aussicht aber umbeschreiblich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühl.

Schönes, sauberes Apartment in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, hell und sehr sauber, so dass man sich richtig wohlfühlen kann. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen Pulas ist fantastisch. Man hat das Amphitheater und die Altstadt gleich in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Schon im Vorfeld schickte er viele Informationen über die Gegend und Tipps. Die Kommunikation klappte bestens. Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Ihm liegt wirklich das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen, was einen zusätzlich zum schönen Apartment ein tolles Gefühl gibt. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Pula. Das Apartment liegt sehr Zentral was zu Ausflügen in und um Pula einlädt. Es ist sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was es braucht. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt dem Vermieter der jederzeit ansprechbar war und uns mit Tips (Ausflüge, Restaurants ...) einen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht hat.

Great holiday apartment

The apartment was clean and fresh, it had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the flat was located within walking distance of all the attractions in Pula. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within a short walk (cobble stones so no stilettos!) and the view from the balcony was lovely; at night with the sunset and later with the cranes lit up it was super. Having the private parking was a real bonus.The only downside was the noise from the road below, and the fact that it was only narrow. The sun didn’t hit it until the late afternoon and evening. However, that didn’t spoil our stay and we would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a base in Pula.

Brilliant location

The apartment is well placed for access to the city of Pula and beyond. The apartment itself was immaculate and well equipped. The owner Sasa went out of his way to provide details of restaurants and all there is is to see and do around Pula. Worth a visit for the sunsets over the bay of Pula itself

Via Home Away deze prachtige locatie geboekt... via de eigenaar van het appartement fijn en goed contact gehad, werden op locatie goed ontvangen en naar ons uitermate schoon en net verblijf gebracht, alles was aanwezig .....en met uitzicht op de prachtige baai van Pula

Perfekt base for en skøn ferie

En dejlig lejlighed hvor der er alt hvad du skal bruge, og alt er i orden. Udsigten fra balkonen er skøn, må være Pulas bedste udsigt. Vi er en familie på fire, to voksne og to teenagepiger, og der var god plads i lejligheden. Vi sad på balkonen hver morgen, inden vi tog på udflugter rundt i det skønne Istrien eller besøgte de meget forskellige og skønne strande. Det er også skønt at se på solnedgangen fra balkonen. Den historiske bydel, som ligger lige bag bagsiden af huset er hyggelig at gå tur i om aftenen.

nice Apartment

488/5000 A highly recommended place to stay. The apartment is well equipped, clean and is very centrally located with a beautiful outlook on the marina. Shops are within easy reach, walk to the weekly market, or 5 minutes by car to several major supermarkets. If you have questions Sasa or his neighbor quickly cares about it. So you are always approachable. We stayed 14 days in the apartment, there was nothing missing and we can recommend it to anyone.

A great apartment with the best view near the center of Pula

Sasa the owner of the apartment made us very welcome from the start, sending plenty of information about the apartment, the town and the surrounding area, he also contacted us a couple of times to see if we were ok or if he could help in any way, many thanks Sasa! The apartment had all the amenities you need for a week away with many extras including a bottle of wine a plate of local ham and cheese. The shower room was great, the bed comfortable, the kitchen/diner had everything you needed and the lounge was lovely with a TV that had some English channels. There was a balcony overlooking the harbour and marina, it was great watching the boats and the activities in the harbour. There were plenty of bars and restaurants next door and it was only a short walk to the center of town. I would highly recommend this apartment to any couple wanting a stay in Pula.

Tolle Unterkunft

Eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und liegt sehr zentral mit einem schönen Ausblich auf die Marina. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leicht erreichbar, zu Fuß zum Wochenmarkt, oder 5 Minuten mit dem Pkw zu mehreren großen Supermärkten. Wenn man Fragen hat kümmert sich Sasa oder auch seine Nachbarin schnell darum. Sie sind also immer ansprechbar. Wir waren 14 Tage in dem Apartment, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir können es nur jeden empfehlen.

We bought this property in 2004 while we lived in Pula. We liked it very much because of its location (it is on Pula waterfront, 5 min walking from the city center and 5 min car drive to any beach in town and surrounding areas).
