This independent accommodation is located in an old farmhouse with enclosed garden and equipped, upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2x140 + 1x90), a bathroom and separate toilet. On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen, a toilet and washbasin, a living room and an annex room for laundry with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. private parking, enclosed garden, large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue chairs.
This set is located in the "Cape Sizun" on the Brittany tip 8 km from the tip of the van and raz, 10 km from Audierne and Pont Croix. The hiking trail, GR34, is accessible on foot.
Beach and coves nearby, beach of the bay of the deceased 8 km beaches of Audierne Bay 10km.
In addition, this rental has a games room with billiards and table football and it is also possible to have bike or mountain bike free on reservation.

Regenachtige dagen in Goulien

Veel pech met het weer, van de vijf dagen maar Ă©Ă©n dag droog. Zeer grijze en koude eerste week van augustus. We werden hartelijk ontvangen, met koekjes en fles cider, dank daarvoor! Ondanks aanhoudende regen een prettig verblijf in een fijn huis. Houtkachel maakte het lekker warm en de wasmachine en de droger hielpen met alle natte spullen. Wifi niet toereikend voor tieners. Internetdekking ook zonder wifi matig tot slecht. Bij goed weer een geweldige plek om de mooie omgeving te ontdekken. Het huis wordt schoongemaakt door de gasten. Hoe schoon het is hangt dan af van degene die er voor je is.

Le gßte est fonctionnel, bien aménagé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, la buanderie est trÚs pratique pour les appareils ménagers et le stockage (chaussures ravitaillement...) La piÚce "jeux" permet de bons moments en famille. Le gßte correspondait à nos attentes.

Quiet Family Break

We found the instructions to the property easy to follow and were welcomed by Rene and his wife, plus a roaring fire in the log burner. With Rene’s bit of English and our bit of French, we had a tour of the spacious house and how to operate everything. The house was very comfortable for the 4 of us and had everything there we needed. The cliff walk is not too far away up the farm track, everywhere else is a drive away. A lovely area with places to visit. There is Wi-Fi but was very slow when we were there, especially if you have gadget heavy teens. Be aware that there is a set amount of electricity included in the price, anything above that is chargeable per Kw, good to notice in advance if staying when it’s colder and you need the electric heating on. Games room was a bit hit with pool, Fusball and ping pong.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt !

RenĂ© und seine Frau haben uns ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen und waren sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir hatten leider versĂ€umt zu klĂ€ren, wie mit unserem Abfall am Ende des Aufenthalts zu verfahren ist. Das sorgte nachtrĂ€glich leider fĂŒr MissverstĂ€ndnisse und VerĂ€rgernis. Wir raten deshalb, zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes die MĂŒllentsorgung mit dem Vermieter zu klĂ€ren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wĂŒrden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in KĂŒstennĂ€he

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern (10 + 13) eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus von RenĂš. Das Haus liegt auf einem Weiler, mit einem weiteren Ferienhaus und nebenan, einem Bauernhof. Goulien ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt, dort gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Unseren Kindern hat auch sehr die umgebaute Spielscheune gefallen. Dort gibt es ein Tischkicker, Tischtennis und Billard. Der Vermieter, RenĂš, ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Vom Standort kann man verschiedene StrĂ€nde in ca. 10-15 min. Autofahrtzeit erreichen. Der KĂŒstenwanderweg, GR 34 liegt fast direkt hinter dem Anwesen. FĂŒr Ruhesuchende sehr geeignet!
