Welcome to our new cottage: "THE P'TIT ZEF" planned for the reception of 2/4 people !!!!

We will be very happy to welcome you in our cottage comfortable, ideal for stays for two or with family. Relaxation and change of scenery guaranteed!

Come and OXYGENEZ in Brittany: the cottage is located 7 kms from the sea, in a pretty village where you will find all amenities (baker, bar-tobacco, ...), supermarkets are 3 kms.
Tennis court and children playground in the immediate vicinity.

The house includes:
** In the DRC: a beautiful living room very bright, pleasant and functional with EQUIPPED KITCHEN (dishwasher / hob / oven / microwave / mini freezer / ...) and LIVING ROOM with sofa RAPIDO (BULTEX mattress 15 cm ) .tv flat screen.
A toilet.

**Upstairs :
1 BEDROOM with a bed 140 (mattress thickness 25 cm). Flat screen TV. Large dressing room.
A BATHROOM equipped with a large shower. 2nd toilet.(washing machine)
GREAT COMFORT AND PRACTICALITY GUARANTEED!

You will find outside the cottage:
* A TERRACE with garden furniture for 4, barbecue and a small field FULLY FENCED out of sight.(The lawn has just been made)
PRIVATE PARKING FOR a vehicle.
QUIET AND RELAXATION ASSURES !!!! The accommodation is located in the center of PLUDUNO but QUIET at the end of a dead end.


CLOSE TO beautiful sandy beaches and must-see tourist sites: SAINT CAST LE GUILDO, DINAN, SAINT JACUT OF THE SEA, ERQUY, PLENEUF VAL ANDRE, CAP FREHEL, DINARD, SAINT-MALO.
MULTIPLE POSSIBLE ACTIVITIES: fishing, hiking, water sports (sailing school in Saint Cast Le Guildo or canoeing in Plancoet), swimming pool with slides at Jugon lakes, fest-noz, tree climbing at Saint Cast le Guildo, Casino, excursions in sea, golf and night club ... (documentation and programs of activities available)

The property was clean modern had everything we needed .The location was good we explored lots of different places all within easy reach .3 supermarkets just down the road very convenient!We had a wonderful week there with our dog she loved it would highly recommend and hope to return some day

Un gîte parfait pour deux

Le gîte totalement équipé et bien agencé convient parfaitement pour deux personnes. Les chiens sont acceptés et le petit jardin clôturé est parfait pour eux. Les propriétaires sont adorables, discrets mais présents si besoin. La localisation idéale pour sillonner la région. Un excellent point de chute!

À la campagne et près de tout

Le logement est neuf et très bien agencé. Les armoires de cuisine débordent de verres, tasses, assiettes, couverts, casseroles etc. Nous sommes au calme, au bout d une impasse dans un nouveau lotissement. A +/- 10 kms de plusieurs plages (Saint Jacut de la mer, Saint Cast de Guildo) à une vingtaine de kms ou un peu plus de sites à visiter absolument (Cap Frehel, Erquy, Saint Malo, le Mont Saint Michel et le plus sublime pour moi : Dinan❤). Sandrine et sa famille habitent juste à côté de la location mais en toute discrétion. Elle est accueillante et sympathique. Notre séjour fût idyllique en tout point, présence du soleil compris. Merci pour tout Sandrine.

Parfait, tout simplement

Ce logement est très lumineux et parfaitement conçu pour un séjour en Bretagne, au calme et pourtant près de tous les points de curiosité sans faire trop de route. Et ce fut bien appréciable de revenir au calme après des visites dans des lieux magnifiques mais très fréquentés.

Eine sehr schönes Haus und ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, das schön eingerichtet ist, modern und gut isoliert ist. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, und wir konnten sie ständig kontaktieren wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, wir haben in 2 Wochen mit Fahrzeiten von höchstens 30 Minuten jeden Tag etwas Neues erlebt, Strände, mittelalterliche Städte wie Dinan, die Steilküste am Cap Fréhel oder elegante Städte wie Dinard. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

La Bretagne nous a définitivement gagnée !

Location parfaite, environnement très calme, propriétaires très accueillants. La situation de la résidence permet de visiter toute la côte de Cap Fréhel à Cancale et de découvrir des sites merveilleux surtout avec le soleil que nous avons eu. Le seul problème : c'est de devoir partir ! Merci pour ces 2 semaines.

Week-end de Pentecôte superbe. Le gîte est au calme, très fonctionnel et pratique pour famille, terrain de foot et de jeux à proximité à pied. Très propre, les propriétaires sont toujours très chaleureux et de bons conseils. Nous sommes à proximité des plages, comme St Cast du Guildo. La ville de Plancoet est accessible à pieds, les enfants aiment le parc dans le centre ville pour ses jeux et son parcours sportif. Nous recommandons ce gîte où vous passerez de bonnes vacances.
