Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home with a fantastic view of the Butte from the large front porch. Comfortable beds and adequately furnished kitchen. A feeder attracts numerous hummingbirds. Baseboard heating can be adjusted for different rooms.

Roomy cabin with great views

We just returned from a great stay at this property. Plenty of room for 5 adults. It is an older cabin and a little drafty near some windows- so pack your slippers if you are coming in the winter. But we were easily able to make a fire every evening which warmed everything up very nicely. It is about a 10 minute drive to the base of the ski area and about 10 minutes to drive to town. Very quiet and peaceful and wonderful star gazing as well. Would stay again.

This property was very dirty top to bottom. It needs an overall cleaning. Even the pans were disgusting.

We have gone through and replaced the pans as well as other well-used kitchen items. Additionally we are working with our cleaning staff to elevate the product we provide. We appreciate our guest's feedback. If you see find something unsatisfactory during your stay, please reach out to allow us to address the issue in a timely manner. We have standard Mon-Fri office hours as well as a 24/7 after hours & weekend emergency phone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OLDER HOME. NOT UPDATED BUT COMFORTABLE & PRETTY CLEAN. THIS HOUSE HAS ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD SO WORTH PUTTING UP WITH SOME OF THE INCONVENIENCES OF AN OLDER HOME. USED THE BEAUTIFUL FIREPLACE EVERY DAY. SOME OF THE CASEMENT WINDOWS DIDN'T WORK. NO A/C SO CAN GET WARM IN THE HOUSE DURING THE DAY (ESPECIALLY UPSTAIRS WHERE ONE OF THE TWO WINDOWS WOULDN'T OPEN). ONE OF THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS ALSO HAD A WINDOW THAT WOULDN'T OPEN AND ONE OF THE QUEEN SIZE BEDS DOWNSTAIRS WAS VERY BROKEN DOWN. BEDDING IS OLD BUT PRETTY CLEAN. HAS A GARAGE WHICH IS SUPER NICE FOR STORING YOUR STUFF BUT COULD USE A GOOD CLEANING. WAS MISSING THE SCREEN ON THE SLIDING DOOR TO THE DECK. WE FOUND IT & PUT IT UP BUT IT'S BROKEN. NEEDS A SCREEN AS THERE ARE LOTS OF CRITTERS AROUND AND THAT DOOR NEEDS TO BE OPEN ALL DAY TO GET SOME AIR IN THE HOUSE. KITCHEN IS PRETTY WELL STOCKED BUT NOT THE CLEANEST POTS & PANS. OVERALL WE HAD A VERY NICE STAY HERE. JUST BE AWARE THAT IT'S ABOUT A 6 OUT OF 10 FOR THOSE WHO LIKE A 10 OUT OF 10 EXPERIENCE. VIEW, HOWEVER, IS DEFINITELY 10 OUT OF 10!!

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed, and the view from the back deck can't be beat.

Best view of CB

This view is like no other! This was our first trip to Crested Butte and were stunned by its beauty. We pulled up to the house and found two deer bedding down in the shade of the house. The endless purple and yellow flowers in front of the house enhances the view! We refilled the hummingbird feeder with sugar water and we had many visiting for a drink from the feeder. The only down point I can say is that this house needs updating from it's 70s-80s and an appliance is out of code which could cause a fire hazard. We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO.

The area was beautiful, good places to walk. Also close to downtown the house needs some updates

The upstairs bathroom floor was not clean. Beautiful views out the living room windows. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was large enough for our group of 4.

Great location / mgmt great!

This property is literally in the middle of the mountain and downtown. It was three minutes from any place we wanted to go. Management staff was excellent. Accidentally locked ourselves out and within 15 minutes they were there with a key. View was spectacular. They even came and shoveled snow off the walkway and had a service come early in the am to remove snow from the driveway.

The location was great, The house was well equipped with everything needed for a vacation stay. However, we found dishes and cups dirty in the cabinet and mice making a lot of noise at night in the walls.
