This charming house is semi-detached on one side and is located in a quiet and sought-after area only 20 minutes from Nice Airport and the Promenade des Anglais.
It is new, on two levels and consists of a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with a dining area, a living room with flat screen, DVD player, separate toilet, a storage room with washing machine
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main with a double bed (140), the second with two single beds (90), a modern bathroom with shower, bathtub and wc.
Possibility to park the car in front of the house, quiet area close to hiking trails.
