Les Clairians, house in the vineyards, swimming pool

Provençal house dating from 1881 completely renovated in a small hamlet of three houses. Access is via a one kilometer motorized forest track.
In a peaceful setting, in the heart of nature, the place lends itself to country strolls.
You can also make a getaway in the hinterland to the Gorges du Verdon or on the Mediterranean coast, all about fifty kilometers away.
On the ground floor living room of 50m2 with terrace access and view of the vineyards, large fitted kitchen, bathroom with cabin shower and double sink, pantry-laundry room, separate WC, garage.
Upstairs you will find the bedrooms, bathrooms (Italian shower and cabin shower), two toilets, one of which is separate, a small living room with sofa bed (ikea Hemnes) in 160 with tv screen.
All rooms are air conditioned, a large screen is available in the living room.
Outside you will enjoy a private swimming pool (4,10x9,05m) secured with access by gate as well as the pool house with its fitted kitchen and its terrace, a WC, a storage room, a a bbq and, to park a private car park
Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and bolster) is provided, as well as bathroom linen, tea towels, towels.
Beach towels are not provided.
Bikes (mountain bikes) are at your disposal
 Internet adsl connection, wifi code available to holidaymakers

This house is located a few km from the motorway (5km), the Arcs sur Argens train station (20km), near the villages of Thoronet and Cannet des Maures (5km). In the heart of Provence, it is easy to access Toulon, Saint Tropez (45mn), Nice, Marseille (60mn)

Wonderful house will everything for a perfect summer holiday

At the endlos a rough road there is this gem, a beautiful typical old house, freshly renovated in a careful way and immaculately cleaned on our arrival. The pool and poolhouse were our daily hangout area, everyone loved it!! Thank you very much to our hosts!!

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Weinbergen.Das Haus bietet alles,was das Herz begehrt. Selbst eine Art Thermomix ist vorhanden.Die Außenküche am Pool ist ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet,so dass man dort gemütlich essen kann. Alles perfekt und für Familien bestens geeignet

Nous venons de passer une magnifique semaine dans cette demeure de charme au milieu des vignes.La plupart du temps nous avons profité du pool housse, aménagé au top pour les repas tous ensemble avec la possibilité de surveiller les enfants dans la piscine toute proche .La maison est très propre et bien équipée,notre hôte Patrick très discret et à la fois présent rapidement si besoin.La région et jolie ,je vous conseille Lorgues petite ville très animée avec nombreux restaurants, boutique, glacier....Bref une location ou petits et grands y trouvent leur bonheur.Je recommande

Wij hebben 2 weken verbleven in dit fantastische vakantiehuis. Wij zijn super positief. Het was netjes, schoon, super ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We kregen te maken met een kapotte wasmachine, dit werd direct opgelost door de eigenaar. We hebben genoten van alle rust en ruimte. Voor ons was het enige minpuntje de weg naar de lokatie, deze is extreem onverhard dus voorzichtigheid met de auto is geboden.

Super vakantie gehad met 2 gezinnen in dit fantastische huis, mooi en schoon met heerlijk zwembad. Ook veel gebruik gemaakt van de poolhouse met extra keuken en toilet. Goede service, zoals schoonmaak zwembad heel vroeg in de ochtend, zodat je er geen last van hebt

Vacances formidables

Nous avons passé deux semaines exceptionnelles dans la maison de Patrick celle-ci est plus que bien équipée rien ne manque, nous avons apprécié l’air conditionné dans chaque pièce. La piscine est grande avec transat et parasol à disposition le pool house est fantastique avec une très belle cuisine équipée, douche et sanitaire. La villa se trouve dans un endroit calme au milieu des vignes, il est possible de faire soit des balades à pied ou à vélo (environ 10 vélos sont mis à disposition) Patrick est disponible et n’hésite pas a rendre service en cas de besoin (merci de nous avoir prêté des pinces pour recharger notre voiture) Nous avons pu visiter la ville de Lorgue, Carcès, Cotignac, Cavalaire-sur-Mer ainsi que le lac de Saint Croix et plus encore. Un tt grand merci à Patrick pour cette superbe villa et sa gentillesse

Magnifique propriété entourée de vignes

Nous avons déjà loué beaucoup de maisons de vacances mais celle-ci est certainement la plus confortable et la mieux équipée. Propreté impeccable à l arrivée. L air conditionné partout et dans chaque chambre nous a permis de bien dormir pendant ce mois d août caniculaire. La piscine est grande et bien chaude. Nous avons mangé dans la pièce devant la piscine matin, midi et soir. La cuisine extérieure est également bien équipée. C'est le calme absolu. La machine à laver le linge est tombée en panne et a été remplacée le même jour. Super remarque : le chemin d accès est un chemin forestier de 800m. Il faut être prudent et rouler lentement surtout si on a une voiture basse. Aucun problème pour notre Renault Scenic. Plusieurs boulangeries à moins de 10 minutes en voiture et un Intermarché. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci beaucoup.

Ruime en kindvriendelijk vakantiehuis in rustige omgeving

We waren héél tevreden met deze vakantiewoning. Ideaal voor een groep van 10 (tot 12 personen). Een nette woning die zeer kindvriendelijk is. Voldoende badkamers, heerlijke airco in elke kamer en genoeg keukenmateriaal aanwezig. Het zwembad met aansluitende keuken, douche en WC maken dit veblijf compleet. Dit was perfect. Ook de ontzettend rustige locatie was voor ons gewoonweg zalig. Een echte aanrader!

Maison de charme où tout est très bien pensé.....nous aurions pu venir avec notre seule valise.....et faire les courses au Thoronet où les commerçants sont hyper sympathiques. Nous avons acheté du vin à la coopérative : il est excellent. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c'est le pool house où nous prenions tous les repas
