(Note: This condo will be fully furnished and ready for renting by June 1st 2019) Venetian Palms is a resort style property complete with Palm tree lined roads, Beautiful pool and spa with community room and fully equipped work out facility. The condo is a very clean, first story, 2 Master Bedroom/Bathroom unit complete with everything you need for your entire stay. The updated appliances include washer/Dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A 40" smart tv has been added along with WIFI and YouTube TV
We have supplied dishes and towels along with a toaster and Kuerig coffee maker.You have everything you want and need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are centrally located in the Fort Myers area. We are 20 minutes from the international Airport, 20 minutes from Beautiful Downtown Fort Myers, and 20 minutes from Fort Myers Beach! We aim to please and hope you will let us know if there is anything we can add to make your stay even better. Enjoy this condo and enjoy your wonderful stay in Sunny and warm Fort Myers Florida

Mikes condo in the oak trees

The condos are located a short distance from Cleveland st. This is the main drag noth to south. Has any kind of shopping that is needed. very go location.

It is my goal to provide clean, comfortable and welcoming places for my guests to stay. I fell in love with Ft. Myers for the sunshine, beaches and golf. I fell in love with Venetian Palms for the Palm tree lined streets and wonderful people!

Why they chose this property

I love the Ft Myers area as it provides so many things and places for people to see and do! When I found this particular condo I felt I had found a jewel. This community offers all that embodies Florida with all the beautiful Palm trees and landscaping to the beautiful pool and amenities and the wonderful people who live here.
