Located in the village of Rognes, 20 kilometers north of Aix-en-Provence, our contemporary house of 140 m2 can accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor, the fully fitted kitchen opens onto a dining room and a cozy living room. Direct access to an outdoor terrace with a table, unobstructed view of the garden. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. An independent toilet in the entrance.
The master bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom (1 basin, 1 shower) offers a large comfortable bed (200 * 200). Direct access to the garden.
Upstairs, 2 cozy bedrooms overlooking the garden each offer 2 beds 90 * 200. An independent WC. A separate bathroom (1 basin, 1 bath).
Garden 3000 m2 with trees and landscaping. For children: Trampoline, ping-pong table, badminton net, swing.
Lagoon pool with wooden deck and deckchairs. Pool towels provided.
Linens (sheets and bath towels) as well as linen (towels, tablecloths) are provided.
The villa is located in a residential area 2 kilometers from the center of the village, in which you will find 2 excellent bakeries, 1 organic butcher, 1 press tobacco, 1 coffee shop bio, 1 bar PMU, 1 pharmacy, 1 medical center, 1 supermarket , 1 scoop, 1 restaurant, 1 snack bar, hairdressing and beauty salons. Provencal market on Wednesday morning.
