The property was exceptional.Very quiet. It looked just like the photo.The air con was only required partially on 3 nites - despite it being 35C on most days.Loads of crockery and cutlery - there were only 2 of us.But there were some quirky bits.For example the windows were not cleaned; the grass was only cut on the last day - we were there for 3 weeks; the pool could have been warmer - it is supposed to be heated; there were no clean sheets or towels in the property though they were subsequently provided; no TV in the bedroom - though it was clearly stated on VRBO;

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you found the house exceptional, very quiet, and consistent with the photos in the listing. We would nevertheless like to clarify a few points. As the house is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, it is equipped with sufficient crockery and cutlery. Regarding the linen, what was provided fully corresponded to your initial booking: one set of bed linen per person, as well as the towels included. At your request, we nevertheless provided additional linen free of charge so that you could wash and use it during your stay. The pool was around 30°C due to the heatwave during your stay; under these conditions, the heat pump could not be activated without the risk of making the water too warm. Furthermore, the VRBO listing does not state that there is a television in every bedroom. Regarding the garden, the lawn is maintained regularly by the gardeners, generally every 15 days, and more often when necessary. We are also surprised by the comments regarding the windows, as particular care is taken to ensure the cleanliness of the house before each arrival, including the cleaning of the windows. Finally, we responded positively to all your requests during your stay, including those that were not part of the initial booking. You communicated with us regularly, without raising these points while you were staying at the property. We are nevertheless pleased to note that you described the property as exceptional.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très spacieuse, très bien organisée au niveau de l'espace et fonctionnelle. Supers échanges avec le propriétaire.La piscine, le calme, la nature autour, tout était parfait !! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Plateau Puyricard

Excellent séjour sur le plateau de Puyricard, à 15 minutes d'Aix-en-Provence. Isolés mais avec des voisins. Accueil chaleureux, villa spacieuse et confortable.

Très bon séjour dans la campagne aixoise

Villa très agréable, propre et bien équipée. Environnement top : au coeur des vignes avec la montagne Sainte Victoire en toile de fond, génial. Commerces à 10 min en voiture. Très proche d'Aix, parfait pour rayonner dans la région. Nous avons par ailleurs été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire de la maison. Réactif dans ses réponses. Nous recommandons sans problème.

Excellent séjour

Villa très confortable. Bien équipée. Agréable pour plusieurs couples et pour les enfants. La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables également. Jean-Jacques est un hôte à l’écoute des demandes, réactif dans ses réponses et très sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement la location de cette villa.

Nous ne reviendrons pas

Maison tres eloignee du centre ville. Nous avons egalement tres mal dormi la nuit a cause des aboiements incessant des chiens des maisons voisines. En prime, des guepes ont elues domicile auteur de la piscine et 3 personnes ont ete piquees. Cerise sur le gateau : le proprietaire nous facture sans nous en informer un pied de parasol deja cassé a notre arrivé.

Madame, Je suis très surpris de la teneur de votre message car à l’issue de votre séjour je vous demandais par sms si votre séjour avait été agréable. Vous m’aviez répondu « Oui nickel merci – nous avons bien profité et la maison était vraiment super pour nous […]» Comme annoncée dans l’annonce, le centre-ville est à 10 km et la maison se situe en pleine campagne aixoise. Par conséquent, il est possible que des animaux puissent à un moment donné aboyer et/ou piquer. Croyez-bien que j’en suis désolé ! En ce qui concerne le parasol, vous avez eu la gentillesse au milieu de votre séjour de m’informer que vous aviez oublié de fermer le parasol par grand vent et que ce dernier était en lambeau. Votre propos était illustré de photos et je vous en remercie. Je vous ai indiqué que votre assurance couvrait ce genre de dommage et que vous feriez l’objet dès lors d’une facturation d’un parasol.
