This beautifully decorated top floor condo occupies the Prime Position with fantastic views over the clubhouse, pool, lake and new water slide facilities. The views are absolutely amazing.
Our condo has elevator access to all floors and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
Our condo location is ONLY SECONDS to poolside.
A newly built Wal-Mart is only 2min by car from Windsor Hills main entrance with the Disney Parks only a 15min drive.
Our condo has recently been upgraded including wood flooring in master and guest bedroom, new kitchen cabinets, appliances and new granite countertops fitted within the kitchen and both bathrooms.
This is a real home from home with unrivalled comfort and style.
Our condo is a self-catering unit with complimentary starter paper goods.
There is a ring door bell in for added security.

Windsor Hills is a safe secure manned 24/7 gated community where facilities are unmatched around the Disney area.
Key features include:
Relaxing on the balcony enjoying the unique opportunity to witness the best Panoramic Views in Windsor Hills including views of the pool, lake, clubhouse, new waterslides and of the surrounding areas.
The sunset views over the lake are breathtaking as is the pool view diring day time and at night, it is fantastic!!
This fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation condo includes bedroom 1- master King bed, bedroom 2 guest King bed- bedroom 3 is a Dalmation themed bedroom with twin beds.
Additionally other equipment includes baby equipment, high chair, pack & play, baby bath, small baby bouncer and a stroller.
SMART TV's
There are 34' SMART TV's in all bedrooms, a living area with a Samsung 55 inch' SMART wall mounted TV and stereo system with iPod dock.
This is a self catering property with a fully equipped kitchen. After complimentary supplies have been used up you need to supply trash bags, soap, detergent, paper products etc.
There is a new wine/bakery at Formosa 1.0 mile from Windsor Hills. This is ideal for browsing for gifts, wine & beer tasting and lunch, this truly is a lovely unique venue and worth a visit.

Property has a great view of the pool. Resort is kept very clean including the pool area. The bed was very comfortable. With the room being close to the pool you are able to hear the music but did not bother our family. Having the washer and dryer in the rental was beneficial along with the towels for the pool. Enjoyed the stay. The drive to the Disney Parks was super easy during our stay.

Great condo!

The condo, property and location were perfect for our family of 6. Having a pack and play and high chair was super helpful. The two master bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms was great for sharing a place to stay with our adult children and grand baby. Highly recommend staying here!

We pride ourselves in maintaining high standards, continually striving to ensure our guests have a great Disney experience and enjoy staying in our quality family accommodation.

Why they chose this property

We choose this condo because of its location. It is located on the top floor (4th) and has elevator access. It is UNIQUE in the sense you have spectacular views from our condo not only of the pool, clubhouse and surrounding areas but the superb sunset views over the lake, something unique to the position of our condo. The views at night are equally stunning especially over the pool and it is ONLY a 2 MINUTE walk to the poolside.
Another great advantage is the short 10 minute drive to Disney World. Close by you can visit the supermarket, restaurants and other activities and access to highway 192 and the I-4 interstate is only 5 minutes from our condo. The amenities within the condo ensure you have everything required to enjoy a perfect vacation and the kids will love it. If you want to enjoy quality time by the poolside the clubhouse has a Sundry shop which provides food, refreshments and beverages and is an excellent way to relax in a family friendly, safe and secure environment after visiting the parks.
Our condo is so convenient being right next to the pool and is ideally suited if you want to take a short break from the sunshine maybe at lunchtime, make a sandwich, get the kids favourite pool toy, or to simply take a break and have a refreshment in the comfort of your own vacation home only a short walk (2 mins) from the poolside. This condo has the best location, position and quality for a great vacation experience and is in close proximity for visiting everything you want to enjoy in Orlando especially Disney World and the other major attractions all within 20 minutes.

What makes this property unique

The most outstanding thing for us about the condo when we first saw it was the stunning and spectacular initial views from all windows and the balcony of the superb pool. The position of our condo provides the unique opportunity to have the best views in Windsor Hills of the pool. You can also admire the beautiful sunsets over the lake and surrounding areas and the views at night are equally stunning. Another great advantage is you are right next to the poolside!! only a few steps away.
Our condo is tastefully decorated and we offer a Home from Home experience. Most importantly it matters to us what you think and how you enjoyed the vacation.
