Security deposit hold of $300 will be placed 1 day prior to check-in and released after checkout. Pool heating is available upon request for a fee.
For safety and security, exterior cameras are installed on site (doorbell and rear camera). These operate 24/7 and record audio and motion.

Third year staying at Belles Villa and just as amazing!

Third time staying at Belles Villa and another amazing trip. Easy travel to parks making midday breaks easy. We spend just as much time relaxing at the pools and townhome. Super clean, lots of extra amenities, kids love the themed rooms. Sarah has great communication and available. We love this place.

Sarah is an excellent host, her home is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay so much as did our children and grandchildren. It was a magical 2 weeks. Would go back again in a heartbeat. My 4 year old grandson called it Disney, kept telling his parents he wanted to go back to Disney. Sarah was very quick to answer our questions and concerns. A pleasure to work with. Beautiful home, would definitely stay there again!

This home is very clean & well maintained. It has plenty of cutlery, dishes, pots & pans. They also supply plenty of towels. Close to a large Walmart and close to Disney parks. The pool alarm was easy to navigate. The pool was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & felt right at home. It’s a gated resort, everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We felt very safe. We would definitely stay at this home again.

3rd stay at Belle’s Villa

This is our 3rd stay at Belle’s Villa, we couldn’t recommend enough how fabulous our stay was and how helpful the hosts are and welcoming to us. We couldn’t fault the villa, it’s absolutely perfect in every way with little extras thrown in, that you don’t get in other villas. The villa is also in a perfect location to the Disney parks, being so close. We will be coming back next year again, it’s a home from home.

A big thank you to Sarah, Belles Villa is so welcoming, with the full Disney magic feel. Our 6 year old wanted to go where the magic is and Belles Villa definitely lived up to this. It was a wonderful place to have relaxing days away from Disney parks (that are only 10 mins away). Everything you could possibly need in the villa to make it the most comfortable stay, the waffle machine was also a big hit! Would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Belles Villa and have already shared with friends and work colleagues.

This was our second time staying here as we loved it so much the first time. The kids love all the themed rooms. Sarah is a great host that has thought of every detail and quick to respond if you should have any questions. Nice, clean home. Incredible!!

We had an incredible stay at Belle’s Villa!!! The home was clean, very well stocked, and the theming made my kids (and us adults) go wild! The pool, splash pad, and market grill is such a wonderful addition on our off days from Disney. The host was very responsive and lovely to communicate with. Clean and comfortable Belle's Villa in a great location

From the moment of first enquiry we had confidence in booking with Belle's Villa - Sarah's responses always prompt, friendly and informative. The Villa is so clean and comfortable - the spacious bedrooms, great kitchen area with breakfast bar, large dining time, huge TV screen, comfortable sofas and a private splash pool. We were only a few minutes walk to the shared pool/entertainment facilities and the tennis courts we used. The drives to Walmart and all the Disney parks were quick and easy, even Universal parks and the shopping malls with a little more driving time. Belle's Villa - reach out to Sarah and there'll be your ideal holiday stay waiting for you.

Magical Stay

Belle's Villa near Disney was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a quick drive to the parks, yet peaceful and relaxing. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. You won’t be disappointed at Belle’s Villa!! Great location, very clean, modern, bright, Disney theme was so fun, loved the mickey waffle maker!!! Very close to attractions, Walmart and restaurants! Belle's Villa was exactly as presented. The home matched the pictures perfectly. Everything was clean upon arrival. We had 3 adults and 2 children and everyone had more than enough space.
