Gîte de la Merluchette

Our cottage, fully restored in 2017 is located 5 minutes from Amboise and 20 minutes from Chenonceaux.
Ideally located, it will be the ideal starting point to discover the Touraine and its treasures (castles of the Loire, vineyards, Loire by bike ....) Or the Beauval Zoo.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
In any season, you can also enjoy a relaxing time enjoying the indoor pool and sauna!

The house of 160m, facing south-west, includes:

- Ground floor: veranda, dining room / kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher), living room with sofa bed (TV, DVD player, games console), toilet, laundry (washing machine, dryer, freezer).

- 1st level: bedroom 1 (with shower room and separate toilet), cloakroom swimming pool, swimming pool and sauna.

- 2nd level: relaxation room (with sofa bed), bedroom 2 (with shower room), WC, bedroom 3 (with shower room), library, children's area, lounge (with sofa bed).

You will also appreciate the enclosed courtyard where children can play safely, the private parking (3 cars) and the terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.

In addition to the house you will have access to the indoor pool, sauna and two games rooms located in troglodyte cellars with French billiards, American football, table football, table tennis and petanque ...

To discover our region or simply pick croissants, we put at your disposal 3 adult bikes.

Finally, do not bother with the baby equipment. You will find in the cottage an umbrella bed, a bath, a high chair and a changing mat.

No party or evening.

We are active but live nearby. We will therefore remain available throughout your stay if necessary to guide you and give you all useful information.
