美しく改装され、エレガントに装飾された3ベッドルームの125平方メートルの美しいアパートメントは、エレベーターと駐車スペースを備えたエレガントな建物内にあります。中央エリアにありますが、ZTLにはありません。アリーナへは徒歩5分でアクセスできます。
アパートは最大6人まで快適に収容できます。それは5つの部屋と2つのバスルームで構成されています：ダブルベッド（幅170 cm）と小さなバルコニーのある大きな部屋、フレンチダブルベッド（幅140 cm）のある中程度の部屋、フレンチダブルベッド（140 cm）、1つの楽屋、2つのバスルーム、25平方メートルの大きなリビングルーム、大きなキッチンとユーティリティルーム。
アパートはエレガントな建物内にあり、エレベーターと駐車スペース（最大幅1,779 mmの小型/中型車）があります。代わりに、顧客はアパートから700メートルに位置する公共駐車場「ViaCittàdi Nimes」で無料で車を使用できます。
中央エリアにありますが、ZTLにはありません。アリーナとカステルヴェッキオまで徒歩5分、中央駅まで10分です。

Awesome place to stay

Location is great and the apartment is well appointed, spacious, and the host was amazing to work with. We had a minor plumping issue upon arrival and after contacting the host it was remedied within an hour. Would recommend to a friend.

Great Location

The location is fantastic to walk to center of Verona, grocery store, buses and restaurants. Apartment could have been cleaner, kitchen could use more dishes and glasses, we were six adults with only 5 glasses. Those are minor issues, the apartment was great.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious- plenty of room to go around. Had everything we needed for a stay in Verona. Fairly close to the old city, walking everywhere was easy to do (although we are "walkers"). Owner/ staff were very easy to work with and responsive; they went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Verona.

Great 3 bedroom apartment close to the Arena and centre of town. It’s spacious and well maintained. Only downside for me was the beds and pillows are much firmer than I am used to. Next time I would request a softer pillow or bring my own!

Verona apartment that ticked every box!

This is a great place to stay. There were 5 of us and the apartment was perfect for us. It is stylish and has everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere in literally a few minutes. Verona is such a pretty place. I want to come back..... and I will definitely stay here!

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location

We had a wonderful time in Verona made all the more special at Chez Claudio. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and equipped and very well located for all the sights of this beautiful city. We took a train trip to Lake Garda which was well worth a visit and only 20 minutes away. The local Cocktail Bar and Pizza Restaurant are well worth a visit, although you might need to wait for a table to eat (well worth the wait though). We would absolutely stay again and Claudio and his team run a very smooth and efficient operation. Thank you for everything

Avendo avuto bisogno del Sig Moretto per informazioni posso dire che si è dimostrato molto disponibile per tutto, un grazie anche alla Signora che si occupa delle pulizie della casa, anche lei è stata molto gentile sia all'arrivo che alla partenza.

We were met and shown around by the apartment cleaner / care taker on arrival. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, and just as advertised. It has a great location very close to main sights, shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also close to bus stops for other local towns and about 15/20 min walk from train station. There were 5 in our party 2 adults and 3 teenagers we all had a great time and found the apartment very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Verona itself is fabulous and very beautiful. We enjoyed the opera, art gallery and bell tower, also the romeo and Juliet balcony, lovely safe atmosphere to walk around day or night. Would like to come back again.

Cara Claudio, che meraviglioso appartamento. Abbiamo preso in affito molti appartamenti, ma tuo e eccezionale!!! Grazie mille per una settimana in Verona che era bellissima. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana. C'era anche una "festa della strada" e conosceva una bella artista e abbiamo comprato delle belle opere d'arte. In vostro appartamento non manca niente e mon so che cosa dire, mi mancano le parole. E bellissimo. Quando ritorniamo una volta a Verona vogliamo prendere un altra voltro vostro appartamento. Exclusive Wohnung

Die wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen Veronas ist geprägt von modernem italienischen Design. Nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der Arena entfernt. Eine Klimaanlage sorgte im heißen Juli für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hat mit einer sorgsam überlegten Einrichtung dafür gesorgt, dass sich seine Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Ein Ordner ist mit ausgezeichneten Restauranttipps gefüllt - dadurch habe ich das beste Eis meines Lebens entdeckt. Danke, Claudio, für Deine wundervolle Gastfreundschaft! Ulrike

exclusive, sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Wir sind zu 6 Personen zum Opernbesuch nach Verona gereist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, war blitzeblank und es war auch alles in der Küche vorhanden. Als Ausgangspunkt zur Stadterkundung liegt sie sehr günstig. Ein Tipp zur Anreise, Taxi nehmen, denn der Bus fuhr nur bis zum Hauptbahnhof, kostet 6€ pro Person und man muß dann noch 1km mit dem Gepäck laufen! Fazit: es war ein rundum sehr schöner Kurztripp.

Amazing large apartment with very interesting decor. Spacious and very clean with all facilities provided. As described it was literally 5 mins walk from the centre of town.... and even less to a huge supermarket...Verona is just wonderful.. beautiful, clean. friendly and easy to get around on foot.
