Description: Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains from this rugged timber frame two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs condo (stair access only). The mountain view can be admired from the deck or the large picture windows in the open kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. This condo is beautifully decorated to compliment the custom upgrades. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors and stainless-steel appliances and it is fully equipped to prepare a meal. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable and cozy furniture, as well as a TV. The deck is thoughtfully equipped to enjoy outdoor living and dining with a built-in gas grill. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax inside or breathe in the fresh mountain air from the deck. If time allows, book for an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Perfect getaway weekend

My friends and I had an awesome time at this location. It was so nice with the modern furniture and layout. The stay was a needed for us. The communication from the property owners was great prior to our stay. We hope we can stay there again in the future.

N Carolina gem

This property was really really nice. The buildings looked brand new, It is furnished really pretty and the beds are very comfortable, which is a huge deal. It was on top of a mountain therefore the view was gorgeous . It was also amazing to have a built in grill on the patio. My only small complaint is the couch in the living room... it was small and very uncomfortable to hang out as a family to watch a movie. We had to lay blankets on the ground to be comfortable. Otherwise, it’s a perfect spot for 4 people!

Love echto ! Some minor negatives with this property * the unit name, is the name of a street but not the street the unit is located on... kinda confusing during a night arrival * unit is furnished directly from ikea not very comfortable sofa/ chairs, beds are super low platforms * house keeping had neglected to remove perior guest used bar soap from showers * no trash bags in kitchen can * building does not have elevator, like othes do at echota

Impeccably Clean and Beautiful Stay!

Our family of five was so impressed by this condo and loved every second of our stay. The decor, cleanliness, and attention to detail in every corner did not go unnoticed. We loved the resort and will certainly return for a stay in this condo again. Highly recommend!
