Brand new villa Isabelle is located on a hill near the village of Sisi, North East Crete , set amongst the olive groves. The villa offers stunning sea and mountain views. Set in its own secured grounds with a parking area, the villa is far away from the busy holiday resorts yet close enough to take advantage of their facilities for shopping and dining. The village, harbour, beach, shops, and restaurants are a 7-minute drive from the villa.

Thanks to its location and perfect space arrangements, Villa Isabella became the most popular wedding venue in Sisi. It can host a beautiful wedding ceremony in its garden with sunset views and a reception for about 50 guests.

It was wonderful. The whole service (pick up from the airport, advice on excursions,...). Audrey and her team know what they are doing and they do a perfect job.

Family Holiday

Lovely property, quiet and peaceful location . The views and sun set was amazing, need to consider the vehicle you need. In our opinion we would suggest that a few things are needed to give it the Luxury feel.

The villa is beautiful, the pool is large and although too deep for small ones to reach the bottom, the small pool is big enough for them to enjoy. The rooms are nice, beds a bit hard in some bedrooms, which seems a common thread.Outside is nice, bbq area and exterior kitchen good too. Plenty of nice beds and sitting areas are comfy and great for dining outside in large groups. The only real issue Is the road up to the villa, its rough in areas, you need a car with good clearance to get over some of the rocky patches.

Annual family holiday

The most beautiful villa in the most beautiful setting. There are things that could have been better though. If you like very firm beds... we are a family that likes to cook, and the kitchen could have been better equipped. All that said we had the loveliest holiday in a stunning villa.

A little piece of heaven

Villa Isabelle was the perfect place for our family summer holiday. The villa is simply stunning and worth the drive up the bumpy hillside track! The pool was the highlight of the holiday, it’s massive and was the perfect place to spend the afternoon cooling off. The villa has stunning views down to the ocean but also of the hills. The nearby village of Sisi stole our hearts, it’s just beautiful and has everything you need without being too touristy. A lovely bay, excellent tavernas and local shops. The villa was perfectly appointed for our holiday, the master suite on the top floor felt very palatial - what a treat. All bedrooms were a good size and the living areas are spacious. The outside eating area was excellent, the best place for many barbecues and to watch the sunset. The villa has large grounds, so you can easily spread out and find a bit of space to relax. This was the setting of a holiday we will always remember, the villa is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some quality family time but also to be used as a base for exploring the delights of Crete. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Villa with amazing pool and views

Overall this villa lived up to our high expectations, we had booked around 14 months in advance and had looked at the photos hundreds of times !!! They were accurate. The views from the villa and the infinity pool were amazing. We had great time as a family of 10 with many evenings spent watching the sun go down - we will not forget these. Mosquitos did appear after sunset. There were a couple of minor issues we had to contact Audrey about, which she dealt with quickly - hot tub not hot, showers cold, no mop to keep floor clean. Slight issues with cleaning - master bedroom had debris under sofa and popcorn on floor; lounge sofa similar and broken glass under bed in first pool room. Also, a brand new dress left by mistake in a wardrobe was never recovered.

Dear Mrs Findley , We are happy to hear that villa Isabelle met with your expectation and we a are pleased to here that you have enjoyed your stay. With regards to the minor issues, indeed we took action immediately for you , the hot tub temperature was raised to 38 degrees after you mentioned to us it was not warm . The cold water in the showers was caused by a cloudy day meaning the solar did not heat up the water enough, after opening the electric switch the water was warm within 20 minutes again. The mop was present but it did not fit on the stick which was a silly mistake from our side , I replaced it for you the same morning . However I am sorry to hear that you found some unclean parts in the villa, that is of course not our intention and we will discuss this with our team, I only wish that you had called us and we would send the cleaners immediately as this is of course unacceptable. We are sorry about your daughters dress, we went to check after your departure and was not found in the wardrobe. Best Regards , Audrey

Great view with exceptional house

We are a big family and needed 6 rooms with bathrooms. So this house was perfect for us, the pool is soooo big and the terrasse great for bbq and hanging out. There is enough room around the house to look for quietness, also enough lawn to do some sports. The communication with Audrey was quick and when the coffeemaschines were broken, she bought immediately new ones. We enjoyed our stay very much and were sad to leave this piece of paradise.

Stunning Luxury Villa

'Luxury Villa' say it all !! This really is a stunning top class villa set up above Sissi with fabulous views over the coast, and mountains as a backdrop. We had a perfect week here, from the moment we were met at the airport. We had requested a car and were met by a driver with another car to take all the luggage and take us to the villa. The villa is certainly 'off the beaten track', and I wouldn't have fancied finding it on our own in the dark ! Audrey and her team run a very efficient service and are always on hand to provide advice, local knowledge or sort out any issues which may arise. There is really no need to ever leave the villa if you want complete relaxation. The pool and the gardens are kept in immaculate condition. We were lucky enough to have the Master Suite on the first floor which was stunning, with its own private terrace and amazing views. We also had the private chef service one night at the villa. The food was gorgeous and very good value for money, making it a lovely evening. An excellent luxury villa which I would highly recommend.

Amazing!

We just got back from a week at the Villa Isabella with our children and grandchildren and it was, in a word, amazing! The villa was very comfortable, equipped with every necessity, lots of room, and comfortable beds. The patio and yard were wonderful and we spent most of our time outside, enjoying the beautiful, well -kept gardens and the gorgeous view. And of course the pool- it was perfect and we especially loved all of the floats that we found in the basement. I remember floating in the pool and thinking to myself that it doesn’t get better than this! We had planned daily activities for the family before we left but in the end we actually just stayed in some of the days because it was so relaxing and we had everything that we needed. The staff was very friendly, from the pool man to the gardener and the cleaning crew. And Audrey was great! We had sent a million questions before we got there and she very patiently and promptly answered each one. We highly recommend a stay in the Villa Isabella!

WOW!!!!!!

WOW!!!!!! That is how I describe the villa on entering the grounds it is nothing like the beautiful pictures you see online it’s so much better. Stunning views perfect pools and the little square pool was perfect for my 4-year-old granddaughter to play safe in Eva was there to meet us on arrival, was on the phone if we needed her, and came to wave us goodbye. Fantastic company, Audrey and her team are easy to work with from booking online to the final goodbye (for now !!) We booked a car through Audrey which was great value, and we rented a private boat for our party of 11 through the local restaurant Remezzo ( in the harbor) again on Audrey recommendation which was a fantastic day out and included super BBQ lunch etc. Thanks for a perfect vacation 5 stars plus xxx

Unforgettable place to stay

We went as a group of friends with our respective families (kids aged between 3-10) and can safely say that the villa was fantastic. Beautiful setting, Hi-spec, spacious and extremely clean. More importantly the service we received from the agents Eva and Audrey was fantastic, nothing seemed too much work for them, even when it meant having to pick up a friend who was lost in the nearby town! Cannot recommend this set up enough for anyone wanting to explore eastern Crete. Tip: ask for catering at the property, the team who did this for us amazing, and very good value!

Amazing Villa in a great location

We were a group of 10 celebrating our 30th birthdays at Villa Isabella in Sisi, Crete. We had an amazing experience thanks to Audrey and her team, who made sure all our needs were looked after. and were easy to contact for help and advice, before and during our stay. The host waited for us on the day of our arrival (around 11pm!) and took us to the villa, where essential amenities had already been purchased for us to survive the night. Audrey gave us excellent recommendations on tavernas and places to visit, which were spot on. The villa was exactly as described, large and spacious, very secure and set in an idyllic, quiet location with an amazing panoramic view of Malia and Sisi. There were great beaches, tavernas and sightseeing places less than an hour's drive from the villa and well worth it. We will definitely consider Villa Isabella for any future visits to Crete and would highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable holiday.

Beautiful villa - perfect for a large group

The main thing to mention about the villa is the fact that it is truly private and isolated and on the other hand, everything you need is only 10-15 minutes away. When Audrey, the manager, discussed Villa Isabelle with me over the phone, she said that the pictures do not do justice to this gorgeous villa. We found out that she was totally right. The garden, pool and outside areas are well taken care of, the garden is beautiful and the view is amazing. What you do not see in the pictures is the breathtaking view, the picturesque mountains surrounding the villa and the vast feeling of space. The villa is very comfortable and much thought has been given to little details around the house (for example, I thought it was a nice touch to find a library of bestselling books which were left for the travelers pleasure(. We had the nicest barbacue meals in the garden area in which we ate meat bought at a local supermarket (15 minutes drive). The barbecue area is convenient and the meat was not only delicious, but also quite cheap. The garden table is large enough to hold 12 people and the children loved eating by the pool. When we went out to eat we mostly enjoyed restaurant Socrates in Milatos port, restaurant Liofito in Sissi and Taverna Kalyva at the beach. Everything around the house was very clean and brand new and we loved the kitchenware and the abundance of all-new matching sets of dishes, cups and glasses. There are two dishwashers in the kitchen and a nice pantry in which we found several packages of closed, new food products (probably left by previous renters) which helped our cooking. This was another small detail which was very thoughtful. Audrey and her staff were very reliable and efficient. Audrey sent us clear instructions and came out to meet us upon our arrival. On the last day another person came to take the keys. We were afraid he might be late but he arrived even earlier than planned. Audrey was ready to assist on any matter and gave us clear instructions. The main thing about Audrey and her staff is that they are trustworthy. Everyone can understand how important this is when renting a villa in another country. The house description is very accurate. I might add that there is a substantial difference between the first floor master bedroom and the two other (lovely yet smaller) bedrooms on the ground floor. This can be important when two families travel together and one couple gets the better room… To sum up – highly recommended.

Fabulous villa in a good location

Villa Isabelle is a stunning 6 bedroom villa, that was perfect for our two families. Each bedroom has ensuite facilities. The outside area, pools and garden are all fantastic and the view is simply stunning. The only drawback is part of the road leading up to the villa is not finished properly and therefore it is a bumpy ride (gravel). We did not have a 4x4 vehicle and it was fine, but be warned - the road does not match the lovely villa! The master suite is huge, with stunning views of the coastline. The pictures and listing were accurate and it was very clean (the team of cleaners gave it a proper 'hotel clean' each time they came). The manager Audrey was excellent, professional, thorough, always quick to respond to queries and she offered good recommendations for restaurants, shops etc. I would have no problem returning to this villa and would recommend highly to friends.

Perfect place for a holiday

This place is amazing. It is newly built and perfectly designed. Every single detail has been considered and made to perfection. It was 13 of us who stayed at this huge villa. The pool is clean and the grounds are maintained very well. The views from the villa are bresth takingly beautiful. All the modern facilities are available in the property. The location is ideal as it is very close to two local towns for shopping and beaches. The restaurants serve amazing food and charge very reasonable price for it. We had a fantastic time and thanks to Audrey for making our trip so special. It is a perfect place for a holiday.

Eighteen years ago my husband and I came to Crete for the first time on a holiday. It was love at the first sight and it didn't take too long when we decided to buy a piece of land and built our holiday home. After having enjoyed our own ‘home away’ for a few years and getting to know the local people and the surroundings a little better, we decided to construct a few villas for rent for luxurious holidays. We were convinced that Sisi and its surroundings are ideal for holiday makers that value tranquillity, privacy and comfort. In the meantime other villa owners joined Luxury villas on Crete and started renting their villas through us. Together we make sure that our guests are being taken care in the highest standards and that they spend here on the beautiful island of Crete their unforgettable holiday in lavish, comfortable and luxurious surroundings.
