Beautiful home in quiet La Mesa.
Our home is constructed in an interesting manner.
We are renting the TOP of our home which includes 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.
We also have a large living room, large dinning table, and a large balcony, where you can have dinner outside or even smoker BBQ on the balcony.
Our home is located in a very peaceful, beautiful part of La Mesa.
La Mesa is the perfect location to live; everything is 20 minutes away; from downtown, to the beach, and mountains; with the 94 highway only 3 minutes away.

Our house is a 2 story house, but we only rent out the top portion of home and we live in the duplex downstairs on the 2nd floor. We are separated by a staircase and some doors.
We do not share any rooms, bathroom, kitchen, nor dining rooms, you receive the entire top portion of the home.
