The cottage was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our host, David, quickly responded to any questions we had. Good location - just a short drive to downtown Charleston with shopping and restaurants nearby as well.

Perfect Getaway

Absolutely perfect place to get away for the weekend. Very clean and everything needed for our stay was provided. Will definitely rent again when we come back to Charleston!

Charleston Birthday Escape

The "Cozy Cottage" was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston. Located just outside of town, it provided us with a quiet and clean place to retire after a full day of sight seeing.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was close to the attractions we had planned to visit and to Folly Beach. We loved our time in Charleston and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy retreat

Really beautiful little cottage. It was the perfect size for our week in Charleston. Close to everything and a nice retreat at the end of a fun filled day. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here, had a few minor issues with the washing machine and pull out chouch, sent David a Message and he was super accommodating ! Would definitely recommend !

The best location in the cutest home

This was such a great tiny home to stay in. It had a great layout with updated finishes. The house is stocked with essentials and there’s a Publix right down the road. We’d definitely stay there again!

Very nice property

We had three people staying and it was a great little place for our family to stay. Close to everything we wanted to do, or just a quick trip. Check in/out was easy and all of the communication was easy and quick.

Close to everything in the area. Good barbecue nice beach nearby We had fun at the Riverdogs baseball game. I’d love to stay at the tiny place and work on refurbishing the old boat on the property

Excellent location

Beautiful little cottage that was perfect for my husband, myself & our lab. 20 minutes to downtown Charleston or 15 minutes to Folly Beach. Our host was easy to work with; communication was excellent! Would definitely stay here again👍🏻
