There are 3 custom built homes located on a private 1.5 acre lot in prestigious North Scottsdale/Cave Creek surrounded by the best golf courses, shopping, and restaurants in the state. We are less than 10 minutes to some of the top golf courses such as, Troon North, TPC (Phoenix Open), The Boulders, Grayhawk and Wildfire, just to name a few, and we are only 35 minutes from the Airport. These homes are ideal for large well-behaved groups, reunions, golf groups and corporate meetings. The 18 hole "Chipping Course" is a favorite of many of our guests. It has a wide variety of tee boxes and holes to test every skill level. It also has lights so you and your group can play late into the evenings.

(Main House) In February of 2023 we completed a $350K home renovation. Everything is new and modernly yet rustic organically updated. We expanded the kitchen to now provide ample space for our guests to hang out inside and be comfortable. There is plenty of seating with 14 bar stools , living room on one side of the kitchen and Man Cave on the other so it can open to a very large fun space to gather. The 4 br/3 bath (sleeps 8) home has 10 ft. ceilings, adobe brick walls, indoor fireplace, updated modern rustic furnishings, black tile floors, a new look & new vibe but still honoring the rustic unique feel of the property. Outside there is a large covered patio with tile floor , a satellite TV, BBQ grill, bar, fireplace, 2 propane heaters, and even a large rock fountain. The views are incredible, and the white lights in the lush landscaping make it look like your own private resort. It also has an six-person hot tub for you to relax in, and the views from the tub are stunning.

We also have turned our three car garage into a Man Cave/Entertainment room with two 75” Smart TV’s, a Brunswick pool table, ping pong table and dart board. It has been upgraded to the “classy rustic” Man Cave with autographed jerseys and football helmets from a variety of players, enough for everyone to find a favorite! The decor gives it a southwestern, cowboy, sports bar feel, and your more active guests will stay entertained for hours.

We also have two authentic Adobe brick guest homes on the property for larger groups. We conduct retreats on this property so there is plenty of beds/bedding to assure that your guests are comfortable. This home is great for entertaining because of the large gathering areas and yet very comfortable for your guests to have their own space. Each unit has a kitchen, high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, and access to the 6-person therapeutic hot tub overlooking the beautiful palm trees, and saguaro cactus landscaping.

If the thought of staying in a cheaply-made, poorly decorated, small yard, on top of your neighbors, condo or sub-division home does not excite you, this is the property for you. This property is truly one of a kind and you'll even enjoy the landscaping which consists of hundreds of the plants, trees and cacti that make Arizona such a beautiful place to visit.

This is a beautiful upscale property in one of the nicest areas in the state and we only accept respectful tenants who behave accordingly. This is NOT a party house. We do not allow weddings, bachelor parties, or rowdy groups. Please respect the neighbors by keeping outdoor noise down after 10 pm.
